This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. We went here for two nights for our 5 year anniversary and were bowled over by everything. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful inside and out. The decor is traditional and tasteful at the same time and the staff could not have done any...

My husband and I booked this to celebrate our anniversary and to visits the christmas market. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is very near the main square and in a lovely street filled with chocolatiers. The room we stayed in overlooked the canal and was clean and neat. The hotel does...

We were welcomed so warmly by the hotel staff and our bags were collected from our car by the most polite and cheerful lady. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was imaculate, very pretty and surrounded by beautiful buildings yet very peaceful indeed. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of the hotel staff, really cannot fault the hotel...

An overnight stay in Bruges was the final stopover in a car journey from Vienna to the UK. In the event, this was not the most convenient hotel to have chosen since it is bang in the middle of the old town. This caused a problem since it was a busy Sunday before Christmas and the old town was closed...

I stayed here for two nights with my partner just before Christmas. The hotel building is beautiful from the outside, you can see it from the canal and bridges etc. Inside is warm and cosy, the decor is quite traditional. We stayed in room 34 on the top floor (at the back of the building, not on the canal side)....

We couldn't have found a more perfect hotel in Bruges. Two minutes walk from the central market square, looking onto a lovely part of a canal, intimate and cosy, a beautiful attic-style room (3rd floor), more of a suite than en-suite, but best of all the friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. A lovely place to have...

This is a wonderful small, cosy hotel in a fantastic and very central location. Decor is very much in keeping with the lovely old building Service is first class and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent and don't forget to take afternoon tea, both of which are in the room overlooking the canal. The canal side rooms offer...

Such a find. A beautiful hotel with very attentive and lovely staff. Situated in the centre. Perfect place to stay, would recommend to everyone as the number one place to stay in bruges. Very romantic city and the hotel is very in keeping with the tone of the city.

Right from the start - when they took the car away (retuning it when we were leaving) the experience was great. The rooms were clean, refurbished and very nicely decorated. The location was very quiet. The view over the canal (at the centre of town) was hard to beat with a view of the passing boats and the plentiful wildlife...

This is a fantastic place and if I return to Bruges I'll head straight back to this hotel without even checking out the rest. The customer care was second to none. Clean and comfy. Slap bang in the middle of the city. Beautiful to look at inside and out. Well appointed and nice toiletries. We hadn't opted for breakfast but...
