We had a nice stay in this hotel. Lovely room, decor etc but no coffee/tea making facilities which would of been perfect. The breakfast were too expensive. It all seems a money making hotel paying for mini bar, breakfast and car parking. It's a nice hotel but there are other hotels which are nicer and not so expensive.

Stayed for two nights early July. The Receptionist that greeted us was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our room had been upgraded to Deluxe and we were on the ground floor in the Courtyard. The room was lovely and clean a reasonable size and the bed very comfortable. I appreciate other people's comments though about noise. A conversation...

For those who like small, cosy and individual hotels this is ideal. The rooms are perfect, imaculate and have turndown service. Very helpful satff at the reception and friendly and cheerful in the breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet which even includes champagne. To be recommended and we would most certainly stay there again. And it is right in the heart...

Stayed only one night (unfortunately) at the hotel but what a great night it was. The owners have done wonderful job modernizing an old building while managing to maintain its charm and historic feel. Well done! Our room was spotless and had a nice balcony and beautiful bathroom, and included many amenities. A complimentary bottle of water or two for...

We enjoyed our stay at the Prinsenhof very much. We had 2 large rooms and they were very comfortable with great bathrooms. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the turndown service was a nice treat with the bit of chocolate on the pillow. The hotel has a quiet location just off a busy...

We stayed at the end of June and are so glad we chose this beautiful little hotel. It's in a great location, close to everything but really quiet and peaceful. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and even helped us surprise our friend on her birthday by letting us into their room (thank...

My sister in law, husband and I fell in love with this gem of a small hotel in Bruges and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The charm, the personnel, location, comfort, breakfast were all perfection! We had a hard time leaving it because we only could stay one night due to our busy travel itinerary but we will...

We recently booked a short break in Bruges and stayed at the Hotel Prisenhof. The staff were extremely helpful and could not be faulted, they were smiley and approachable at all times. The rooms were great (we had a deluxe double) and the small touches, such as the turn down service with a weather forecast for the following day, really...

The Prinsenhof is a small family owned hotel that mastered the art of service. In a city packed with Hotels (and tourists...) it is not simple to find an area of excellence. The attitude of the staff, the recommendations and the genuine willingness to assist - was remarkable and it made a change. Being a boutique hotel - do not...

Excellent location, excellent facilities and excellent staff! As a family we enjoyed our days in Brugge so much and this hotel was one of the main reasons. I would definitely recommend to all who wish to stay at a hotel in Brugge worth even more than what they will pay for.
