Cool accommodation for a good price in Bruges - Venice of the North. Cleanliness and amazingly no big noise - taking into account the lively bar, open till late. Very good and rich selection of belgian beers, music, friendly staff. Bicycles for rent. A remarkable map of Bruges and other cities with interesting tips and daily walks free of charge... More

We didn't stay in the hostel but we did pop into the bar for a beer and a bit to eat. We visited this place some years ago when it used to be Sacre Coeur and where enthusiastic about re-visiting. The place has now got rid of the restaurant and become a bar, where we grabbed some lovely beers and... More

Fairly clean, fairly good location, classic hostel breakfast. Good value for money. Would stay here again. Surprisingly comfy beds and got a good sleep! Easy check in and free luggage storage is a plus!

The hostel has a big common area or you can call it dining area on the ground floor which is quite nice. The room for our group of five people living was basic, having lockers and plugs. The free breakfast was very nice. We got toast, juice, cereal and many kinds of jam. However, there is no kitchen as I... More

...but closer to non tourist part, where you can taste bruggian citiziens, beautiful and calm streets and also very close is "rich" part with vilas. Hostel was almost very clean but there are no many toilets (for women) and bathroom is connected right to thr bar, so people from bar are going through your hygiene process. Bar is very unique... I've just got back from 2 nights here with my rugby team and I can't praises the Staff and facilities enough. They were unbelievably accommodating even if we were a little boisterous at times. I for one will definitely stay here again if I return to Bruges.

I was travelling with my mother and we had a few comforts we wanted so wen selected the twin room with private bathroom. First the room: Was good, clean and spacious. Bathroom: Very very small. The size of the bathrooms on an aircraft. But was absolutely new so it was clean. Breakfast included! which was good! Nice hosts! Down side:... More

St Christopher's was a very relaxed cool place to stay for a few nights in Bruges. The rooms were clean and the bar was particularly chilled with a great ambiance and interesting decor (especially the clock which 'ticked' backwards.) However, our room (double, en suite - a more pricey room) did lack any sort of curtains, which led to very... More

We had a great stay here. A cool old building and a good location. Comfortable beds and clean washing facilities. But the best were the friendly staff and the nice atmosphere down at the bar. Everyone was relaxed, good music and nice cold Belgian beers. And a special thanks to bartenders Johnny and Witse who do a great job running... More
