We received a warm and friendly welcome. The owners were very helpful and offered very useful advice for our brief visit to Bruges. We were travelling on to Germany and this hotel was just a little detour from our route but worth the effort. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a bit special, served in a conservatory opening...

We stayed one night in this lovely town, which we know quite well after several visits. This time, we chose to stay in a small B&B about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Het Wit Beertje ( Little White Bear) has a number of things to recommend it : free on street parking right outside the front door; easy...

Very friendly owner, nice B&B, easy to find, clean, free parking on the street in a quiet area, free Wi-Fi, within walking distance to city centre (15 min), very delicious breakfast with home-made jam. Would choose this B&B again.

We stayed at the B&B during our New Year trip to Bruges. We have been pleasantly surprised about the quality of the room and friendliness of the hosts. We stayed in similar establishments before, but what blew us away was the breakfast which was included in the price. Great selection of meats and cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, freshly brewed coffee and...

We booked for only one night since we were only driving by Brugge but the hotel was so nice we could have stayed there for many nights. The room was big and clean, the owner very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator and the staircase is small but it is not a problem if you pack wisley! Breakfast was...

Bed &Breakfast with a good location, just 10 minutes walking form the city center. Confort rooms wirh good and very new bathrooms. The best breakfast I have had and B&Bs in Europe. And the host, Jean Pierre, is very very kind and always helpful.

We stayed here for just one night at the beginning of a 2 week road trip. After ringing the intercom we were greeted by a lovely smiling man who instantly made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. He gave us a map and showed us places of interest and we asked him some questions too, he was...

We stayed for a night and the room was clean, pleasant and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served in nice surroundings and we had an excellent choice of tea. We were also given a map and some useful advice when we got there by our friendly host.

We stayed in Bruges for two nights with Jean Pierre at Het Wit Beertje. Jean Pierre was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off before we checked in so that we could explore beautiful Bruges without our luggage. On both mornings we had early starts and Jean Pierre was very flexible and did an early breakfast for...

Around 17:30, my husband and I arrived to find the B&B Het Wit Beertje in darkness, with an entry system that we didn’t understand, that appeared to serve private apartments. I rang the hotel phone number several times before an extremely agitated proprietor replied, and who proceeded to shout unintelligible instructions for entry. Eventually he ceased being obstinate and co-operated...
