Hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and we were looking out onto the little courtyard. Plus the free chocolates were a nice touch. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal.Well worth a stay.

Very good location by the lake of love, friendly and helpful staff, good room- quiet, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with wide variety of choice. Very enjoyable stay in a great city- perfect for access to the station- only a 10 min walk. Close to all the amenities. Daily chocolates in the room were a treat!

Stayed for 3 nights, myself, husband & 2 daughters. Both of us had very big, clean and well decorated rooms. Tea, coffee and chocolates, plus complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful, and all in all we had a great stay. If your eating out at night make sure you plan where to...

We are currently enjoying our last evening at this hotel and I would have given it four stars except the first night was dire. We were in a sort of extension and the room smelt badly of sick. We had some enthusiastic Spanish/ Mexicans next door and they shouted all night into their mobile phones... I could even hear whover...

Great location, excellent staff and a nice room. A Great, yes a great bathroom, it had that important feature so often lacking in far more expensive hotels, a place to put your traveling wash bags/ clothes. No shower curtain/ door but the much better angled wall. Now the negatives bits, the breakfast needs fresh fruit ( I don't count the...

Stayed here for 3 nights - perfect location to explore this wonderful city! The hotel is friendly, clean, rooms are big, beds comfy and the kettle/tea/coffee is a definite plus! Breakfast was always busy but there was always plenty to eat/drink. Hotel is very central (just a short walk to all the sights) but quiet and cosy overnight.

Great hotel in an awesome city. Perfect room well located walking distance to downtown Bruges (all of Bruges is in walking distance mind you). Lots of places to eat nearby and we got a wonderful deal on the room. They also give discounts on a lot of local attractions on the card that your room key comes in.

Stayed one night. It was a Thursday night. Hotel room was very nice. Beds comfortable. Our check in and out experience was a little off, but all in all, I would stay here again. Really enjoyed the town as well. I would warn that the town gets very busy on the weekends. Would suggest a weekday.
