My husband and I stayed here for one night. The reception staff were very professional and friendly and gave us a map and pointed out the main attractions. The hotel itself is really very nice with an entry, foyer, and seating area indoors and outdoors. They had a place to store our bags after checkout too. The room was great...

This superb hotel in the heart of Bruges’ historical centre offers true value for money. It’s in a great location close to shops & restaurants with the Belfry only a 10 mins walk and The Lake of Love just around the corner. We booked a Standard Double without breakfast and were given a large modern room. Tea & coffee making...

Just got back from Bruges. Great hotel, easy check in. Modern hotel in classic building. Extremely clean. Staff friendly, there if you need them, otherwise they leave you alone. Good choices at breakfast, continental, cereal, fresh fruit, boiled & scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon etc. Something for everyone. Great location, come out of entrance, turn left, there are several restaurants. Opposite...

Located in the Wijngaerde district, there are lots of really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The room was medium size, clean with a comfortable bed, a big bathroom and free, fast wifi. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and answering any questions we had about the city. The Markt is a 10 minute walk.

Everything about this hotel can be summed up in one word, generous. The bedroom was of generous proportions with a table and chairs. The breakfast presented us with so many choices from continental to full English with everything in between. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Nice spot in the old town but the car park at €20 a day is extortionate. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4*. Our room was dark and had dreadful lighting, the bathroom whilst very clean was dated and the plug in the shower/bath permanently down. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful though. Recommend Cafe Cafe for...

Academie Hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. The room was large, and had effective air con+ a good opening window if preferred. Our 2nd floor room was v quiet, but had a pleasant outlook over the inner courtyard. The free Wi Fi worked well, and the breakfast was above average for choice. the location was good for nearby restaurants...

Nice comfortable hotel within easy - 10 minute - walking distance of the Markt. Room and bathroom were very clean although the beds a bit firm. Breakfast was a full self service for cooked or continental tastes - good variety available. Staff friendly, English fluent and helpful. Good fast free Wi-Fi in room. We went with Riviera Tours so got...

Stayed at this hotel for two nights - comfortable, clean and great location. Very spacious rooms and nice to get a began chocolate every day! If you can, try the fodue restaurant that is just a few paces from the hotel - lovely and reasonably priced! You have to book though as they only have a few tables.
