Stayed at this hotel for two nights - comfortable, clean and great location. Very spacious rooms and nice to get a began chocolate every day! If you can, try the fodue restaurant that is just a few paces from the hotel - lovely and reasonably priced! You have to book though as they only have a few tables.

This hotel was in a good location, well maintained room, excellent English speaking staff, etc. No complaints. Walked to hotel from train station. There are some outside tables that we used one night to eat sandwiches that we purchased from the grocery store around the corner. Kids liked the chocolates left in the room. Took a day trip to Ghent...

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel to be extremely well located for the main tourist areas of Bruges with nothing more than a 10-15 minute walk away. Before arriving we asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were pleased to be allocated a room on the top floor towards the back of the...

On a whim we decided to book a room for two nights in Brugges. We were traveling with a 14 and 11 year old and weren't exactly sure how they would feel about it in comparison to London and Paris, it turned out to be a highlight! The Academie Hotel was perfect. It's not in the busy centre of town...

Well situated for all the street life, markets a short walk away. Considering you are in the city it is quiet in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were good and the breakfast was lovely. we would go again.

We are a family of 4, 2 children aged 8 & 13! We were delighted with the location of this hotel! in the heart of the old part of Bruges! Right beside the Lake of Love and a short walk to all the main attractions! Very convenient parking (which you need to book separately) underneath the hotel (although the spaces...

Stayed 1 night during a busy weekend. Staff were superb delivering excellent and professional service. Our room was comfortable and spacious with extra touches such as a chocolate with the tea and coffee. Beds were so comfy it was hard to get out of them!! Breakfast was absolutely sensational I had stayed in different 4* hotels all week and it...
