Beautiful place - fantastic location. Breakfast was delicious - be sure to book it the day prior. Extremely friendly host - we arrived very late and I think we woke him up but he was still very friendly and patient. The room was charming with high ceilings and pretty decor. Would definitely return!

A clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay, conveniently located near the main attractions and only 20 minutes away from the train station. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés just round the corner. Nice view of Belfort Tower from our room.

Quaint little B and B conveniently located in the city centre, ideal for anyone wishing to spend 2 or 3 days in Bruges. Clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom small but perfectly adequate. Free WiFi. Recommended.

Excellent location, my room had a stunning view of the bell tower. The host was incredibly kind, spent a lot of time recommending the best things to do in Bruges while I was checking in. The room was comfortable and clean, although admittedly could do with some paint touch ups and aesthetic upgrades but that's to be expected when you're in such a small and likely quite old hotel like this. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!!

The walk to the hotel from Brugge station is very scenic and beautiful. Host was very hospital and knowledgeable of Brugge which was helpful when asking for places worth visiting during our stay! Room was cozy with a nice view of the church, hearing the church bells in the morning was lovely. The hotel is very central, within a couple minutes walk of restaurants, bars, shops, chocolatiers and the market. There was a bit of mould around the shower however, the room was good value for money for a one night budget stay in Brugge. Would recommend!

Clean, quiet rooms! We stayed during the Christmas holidays, very convenient walk to the nearby Grokt Market, Belfort Tower and famed chocolatiers and Belgian beer! Martin and Anna were really good hosts and the hotel itself is in a historical old building.

I stayed here with my sister in February this year. We just stayed one night. Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly lady at reception. We just booked a basic double room, brilliant value for money. (I live in Bruges and some places are very expensive) We were so happy with the location, it's literally a 2 min walk from the main market square. Everything was clean and tidy. Super cute place. Will definitely be staying here again next time my sister comes to Bruges! Unfortunately we didn't have time for breakfast, but there is always next time!

This is small, non-elegant but very satisfactory place to stay in Bruges. At the edge of the pedestrians-only central area, it has a friendly staff, good breakfast, free wifi, and is a good value. No elevator, and comfortable rather than modern. (The hostess had to explain the shower controls to me!)

Good Points. Warm, cosy attractive hotel, in a great location, and as stated in previous reviews the owner was very friendly and attentive. Our room was attractive and the bathroom had clearly recently been refitted. Not so good points. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, even the most basic boarding houses have a mini kettle these days! No plug in the bathroom sink, awful lighting in the bathroom, just a tiny strip light over the mirror, and beware the time you have a shower as the the water flows hot and cold. In the bedroom the floor is on the tilt, perfectly acceptable in an old building, but this leads to the double bed being on a tilt as well, not a restful way to spend the night. Breakfast was continental and tasty enough, however I was led to believe it was included in the price of my original quote. I wasn’t thrilled when I came to check out and another €60 was added to my bill for 3 mornings of Croissants and boiled eggs for 2 people. Still, that’s Bruges for you. Don’t go if you haven’t got deep pockets. Even with that annoying surprise on the final bill I’d still recommend this place, overall it was a quiet pleasant stay, close to the main square, and reasonable prices for Bruges.

We spent 5 nights in Hotel Van Eyck Anna and her Husband were very friendly and helpful. The room was on the top floor which is a bit of a climb up a spiral staircase with suitcases, but that aside it was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but nice although an 8.30 start was a bit late for us so a couple of days we were already out and about so didn’t bother. The hotel is a stones throw from everything and Brugge is beautiful to walk around. We particularly liked the Historium, Gruuthusemuseum, and the Lace Museum.
