I had the pleasure of staying here as a birthday treat, booked by my lovely girl... The check in was speedy and pleasant the girl on reception dealt with it with a minimum of fuss and gave us a local map and highlighted a couple of places of interest for us. Then we were shown to our room which was...

This was a really lovely hotel in the heart of Bruges. The rooms were spacious and ours had a recently refurbished bathroom. There was an old-fashioned, classic feel about the place and the bar, with its wood panelled walls and roaring fire was a delight. We were travelling with two small children and we were never looked down upon (so...

This hotel was just the right place for my partner and I to stay whilst we visited for the weekend. The location is perfect as the hotel is just a few strides away from the most photographed spot in Bruges and is close to the Markt and the popular Bell Tower. We had room 342 in the loft with a...

We stayed here for 2 nights in one of the junior suites. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The suite was very clean with a large modern bathroom. Tv on both floors. Very spacious and chocolates left on the bed each evening. The location was ideal and in a very pretty setting in front...

We stayed here over the Valentines weekend. We had a beakfast in with our package - this was amazing. It included chocolate fountain, cooked breakfast, champaign, juices, yoghurts, smoked salmon, pancakes, fresh fruits and anything else you could possibly think of. The hotel staff were so friendly and would help you with anything you needed or wanted. Sitting by the...

Have visited Bruges regularly over the last 10 years, and stayed in a number of hotels. This was our first visit to this hotel. We got a great rate and we enjoy Bruges off season. First impressions were excellent and the staff seemed friendly. We had room 412, allegedly stayed in by a star of "In Bruges" (they do go...

We stayed for 3 nights in late January 2011. Reception advised us on arrival we had been upgraded and the room we had was lovely, just down a few steps from Reception room number 43. We had asked in advance for a shower rather than a bath. This was referred to and the room we were given had both a...

The hotel was charming. The lobby bar, which seats about 10 was the perfect spot to retreat for an afternoon or evening cocktail. The fireplace made it a cozy spot to plan the evenings activities. The staff was very helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very large. We really enjoyed the steam and sauna, a nice...
