I booked a double bed room in the renovated part of the hotel. We arrived and they told us our room was on the top floor. I was given a tiny room, with two single beds and no bath (which they told me every room had). The beds were alright, not great but not terrible. However there was lots wrong....

Our family enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel De Pauw. Prior to our arrival, I emailed to make arrangements for parking and room location; the response was prompt and gracious. Traveling as a family on a budget we appreciated the rooms, which were adequately sized, pleasant, comfortable, and clean. The continental breakfast is served in a cozy room on...

This was indeed a delightful place to stay in Brugge. A small family run hotel out of the city center and overlooking Saint Giles church. Rooms are small but clean and well cared for. We had a room overlooking the church and were reminded daily of the time with the church bells chiming. Breakfast was excellent and you had many...

This is a lovely little hotel on a quiet street within walking distance to town. The bed was large and comfy and the room was big enough - good value for money in this quaint touristy village. The breakfast was lovely, I enjoyed the fact that the owner makes everyone their own boiled egg according to their liking:) The only...

Tucked away in a quiet part of old Bruge this hotel is certainly one to visit. We were greeted by the owner and shown to our rooms. The double room was of adequate size with en suite, good quality furniture and TV. The room and en suite were both spotlessly clean and the bed had good quality linen and was...

Nothing too much trouble we were given maps of the city and a route marked on it from hotel to...

I have just spent a very pleasant weekend with friends at this 8 room, friendly, well run, family owned 2 star hotel. The owners, Philippe and Hilde could not be more helpful, passing you a local map during check-in, pointing out various places of interest to visit. Location is great, an interesting 10 minute stroll along canals and small streets...

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room was very clean. The service was very sufficient. The breakfast was plenty on the buffet table, and the owner can make you the perfect soft-boiled egg upon your request :-). The couple that owns the hotel is very friendly. It is always good when a business is run by...

We stayed for four nights.Quiet area, close to the canal yet only a few minutes walk to the centre. Comfortable hotel, good quality breakfast. Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay there again.Good value in a VERY expensive city.
