I’m always somewhat reluctant to give a bad review and genuinely try to be fair and measured in my feedback but given I rely heavily on Trip Advisor when making my hotel choices, I feel a responsibility to be totally honest and hopefully of help to others So, first of all, I want to state that I am very surprised...

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bourgoensch Hof! My room was spacious and had gorgeous big windows with a view of the canal and church. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The location is perfect for exploring the city as you are right by the Burg and Markt! Due to the age of the hotel (which also...

That was one of the nicest hotels in my life! Not a five-star one, but here, in Bruges, it really doesn't matter. Nice personnel, old-style place for a breakfast and a comfortable room make me feel like I am in the most romantic place in the world. For those who watched "In Bruges" movie I can say that the hotel...

We stayed at this hotel in early 2015. The staff was friendly with us. Breakfast generous. I looked in the closet a pair of jeans and two shirts. I sent an email and after a few days I got a package with all of my clothes back on the hotel's expense. I highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed here in late January and loved the hotel…it is perfectly positioned for beautiful views over the canals of Brugge and just a moments stroll from the main sq. The room was a good size for two people…though the see through glass door on the bathroom was a little strange, though it did lead to quote...

Me and my partner stayed here for one night in February. The hotel is in a great location, really central and on the canal with a fantastic view. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are grand and our sleep was fantastic, you could literally hear a pin drop is was so quiet. You could hear people walking around up...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights over St. Valentine's Weekend to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Hotel is a nice hotel; staff are very friendly and helpful; breakfast is nice as Continental breakfast go. We were on a budget so we booked a budget room. We knew that the room would be small but did find that...

We stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling between France and Belguim visiting battlefields and we wanted to end in Bruge to see the sites and sample the beer and chocolate. The hotel is very centrally located, near the main square and surrounded by bottle shops and chocolatiers. Its also next to the canal, which is very picturesque. We spent...

We spent one night here and cannot believe how central this hotel was. The staff were friendly, the hotel clean and the breakfast good. However, our room overlooked another building about 2m away, not a great view at all! The bathroom was clean, but so small you could barely turn around, the rotting window was only partially obscured so with...
