A bit out of town, but convenient with the car, clean, friendly and with everything we needed. The building work did not disturb us and the walk into town and back was good exercise. There aren't many things close to the hotel but you can always get a bus or taxi. Good value for money.

The hotel is a little way out of the centre which is great if you are driving and need somewhere to park. If you are on foot then you will need to get a cab in to the centre of Bruges. We did walk a couple of times but this isn't the best option when it's raining. The hotel is...

The rooms were very nice, the staff also was great. A bit far from the city center but wasn't much of a problem, the parking garage is cheap and we didn't mind taking a nice walk. The breakfast was OK, had fresh bread but no whole wheat bread, no hot sauce for my eggs and no mustard for my sandwich....

This is one of the worst hotwls i have ever stayed in. It is a 30 minute walk out of town and is situated next to nothing of importance or with the ability to provide any sustenance. The bathroom was mouldy and the shower was more likely to.put me in hospital with severe Burns than clean me. The hotel is...

Velotel has been very helpful from the beginning! The front desk staff were very nice. There was an unfortunate event with my credit card being stolen and Jolien was very helpful and made me feel so much more relieved in my situation. Geert was so kind to bring my papers to me at the hotel bar. I felt very welcomed...

Place is lovely , although you need a bike or a car to get into town. Staff were great especially Geert who is a character. Gym facilities are good, also close to Crossfit Brugge . Buffet was very good Recommend this place if you don't mind travelling into town. ❤️

Good hotel on the edge of Bruges. Pleasant airy room, comfortable bed, decent shower and fairly quiet. all of which i like. The hotel seems to cater to touring cyclists, there is lots of bike parking. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and as ever English is not a problem

Modern, well-appointed rooms, with a wide range of TV channels in a variety of languages. Excellent breakfasts, though the prices are oriented towards more affluent travellers. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is its distance from the city centre, which can be a problem in the evenings when there is no public transport available.

We have just returned from a weekend break here and had such a great time. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 4 children in 3 rooms. Before arriving, I sent several emails to the hotel regarding my booking and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Upon arrival, we had a great welcome from Geert who was fun with...
