Can't understand some of the reviews on here. This is an excellent hotel. Location couldn't be better. Room small but quirky, very clean, bathroom clean and quite modern. Reception staff very helpful and informative. Was amazed by the breakfast as the reviews were slating. We are foodies and the selection exceeded our expectations. Cereal, fruit, selection of bread and rolls,...

We chose this hotel based on the price and the location. I hadn't read reviews beforehand and I was a little bit surprised to see these texts, because I think the hotel was old and a little bit worn out. But I wouldn't consider it a hell hole like the guy how has written the review from the same day...

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in! We were shown 3 different rooms after complaining about the first one,the carpets were stained and had large holes in,They smelt damp and were very poorly lit. We booked a double room but were given a twin and were assured the bed would be changed,It never was! This was supposed to...

Myself and family have just returned after a two night stay in Koffieboontje. I was very concerned after reading the reviews on here lately but I needn't have worried. The bedrooms were small but we had enough space to move around. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got the best two nights sleep ever, don't know how much this...

We settled for the third room we were shown. All three rooms we were shown smelt of damp; all three were supposed to be doubles, but were actually two singles put together; all three were shabby with broken fixtures. Although the bells of the main square are very charming - they lose their charm first thing in the morning on...

well having read the reviews of this hotel whilst at the airport about to fly out I was dreading it. But what can I say? Don't believe them.... We stayed here for the Bruges Beer Festival, twin room with full kitchen facilities and located just across the alley way to where the festival was held. The staff are very pleasant,...

Having read the other reviews just before we went away, I was starting to worry. There was no need. We stayed in the annex where there were quite a lot of steps but it did state this when we booked. The room was more than adequate - lovely soft, clean bed, good sized bath room, loads of hot water, extra...

I read reviews before we went, we just picked the cheapest one the ferry offered. Before we went we decided you get what you pay for so we didn't have great expectations. When I got there it was a different story! Location is obviously ideal, the corridors were a bit cold, but our actual room (610 i think it was)...

I want to first start off by saying that the breakfast offered at this locations was delicious and had a lot to choose from. Everything else could really use some updating. The rooms were very old and had rusty pipes in bathroom. The sink, toilet, and shower all had soap residue smeared all over the place. This location was close...

Had more of a Pension/Hostel feel to it than a hotel . You are paying for the location and not the splendour , fine if you are on a lads trip for the Belgian beer but if you are on a romantic break don't stay here .
