We went to Bruges for a 2 day break. Very comfortable and clean hotel. The owner lady was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. She explained us where to park the car and what to visit, where to eat, where are the chocolate and the good beer were. The hotel is only a short walk from the center. Continental brakfast... More

Truthfully the only reason I give this hotel an average rating is because the staff was amazing! We were welcomed with tips and advice for us specifically geared to our children. The hotel room itself, however was not at all the caliber of the staff. Our room was located on a very busy street that had very loud traffic up... More

I and my husband arrived at the hotel at 11:00am we where greeted by the owner a lovely, friendly lady. Who firstly told us where to park our car as it was our first time traveling by car. We where told that our room was ready, the room was clean waterfall shower in room was clean. Yes the hotel could... More

Given the price I had expected more. As other reviewers have commented, the decor is tired and could do with an overhaul. However that is a secondary issue to the very loud traffic outside and the sweltering temperatures and lack of air on a hot night. We had a very uncomfortable night's sleep as a result. The family suite is... More

3 stars hotel, not modern but service is good! If you are coming to Brugge much better to stay more romantic place in central part of city. I really can feel real spirit of this nice place as Brugge..

The hotel is located in the old historic area and it is in hosted in a classic Bruges building. Rolled up after ripping my thigh muscle in falling off the bike due to wet Bruges cobblestone the room was on the top floor and the owner apologised and said that if it had been possible we would have been moved to a lower floor but they were fully booked. Very nice old building on the edge of the town... More

We stayed here for one night after taking the ferry from England - the owner is lovely and very helpful. The bed and room were comfortable and breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. The hotel is in a great location to see all of Bruge, plenty of free parking near by. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We recieved a warm welcome on our arrival and tips for the best places to visit / eat. Our room on the top floor was up a lot of stairs but worth it for the quiet. The room was a good size, comfy bed and cleaned daily. Just on the outskirts of town, it's an easy walk into the centre... More
