Having read the previous glowing reviews we felt we were staying in the wrong hotel. Reception was an intense, 10 minute automatic speech which left us reeling. We stayed in the family rooms (2 doubles with shared bathroom) and, although the rooms were larger than we have had before in Brugges, they were so shabby and tired - our double...

Really good top end 2 star accommodation. A 3 minute walk from Brugge centre with good breakfast and clean, well maintained rooms. Very friendly owner. Wouldn't look anywhere else to stay for our next trip to this delightful Belgium town with it's many interesting places to visit.

Heidi was charming, helpful & friendly throughout the whole booking of the accommodation and during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and provided the perfect central base for exploring such a beautiful city. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. On check-in you receive a card that can get you a discount in many of the museums...

All the previous comments are accurate, especially the location. Our hostess, Heidi, was charming and helpful. Our flight arrangements changed and she was able to arrange an extra night's accommodation for us with very little notice. We arrived unexpectedly early at 9am and, within minutes had our luggage stowed, served coffee then breakfast, and given maps and directions; our spacious room...

Thought I'd done my review from our stay earlier this year but just realised I hadn't and this hotel is definitely worth mentioning. I had booked originally for 10 people (a group of friends for a 30th Birthday weekend) the rates seemed good and booking was very easy with email. Very last minute we had 1 person drop out, I...

I'm tempted not to write a glowing review only because I want to be sure they still have rooms available next time I'm in Bruges ... but that would be incredibly unfair to the owners who work so hard to make it a pleasant experience. This was a great place to stay. It is centrally located, walkable to everything you'd...

What a delightful hotel - and the staff was just great. There we were going out for the day and the gentleman at the front called after us and insisted we took a bottle of water as the day was hot. The hotel is close to everything and we fell in love with this beautiful city. We would definitely stay...

We really enjoyed our stay in Bruges. On arrival at this family run hotel they let us check in even though it was only 9am which was very welcome! This hotel is in an amazing location 2mins walk away from markt (which is the main square) and in fact very close to all the main sights and attractions. The hotel...

This is a nice, small hotel a five-minute (or less) walk from the main square in Bruges. The only complaint we had was that the shower had no curtain or wall mount (maybe a water-saving device?) so that you have to hold the shower head while it's on very low pressure... quite annoying. Other than that, we were quite happy....

We stumbled across this hotel on a winter promotion website for Brugge, where they were offering 3 nights for the price of 2 and we felt so lucky that we found it! This hotel has an excellent location, which is central to just about everything in Brugge. The rooms were lovely - clean, cosy and warm and it was quiet...
