Very central location. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfasts in the morning. Clean and welcoming. Our room was at the top of a very tight and narrow stairway but we got used to that quickly. English speaking staff and they arranged transport for us with ease.

Close to the old town square in Bugge/Brures it is within walking distance from the main train station. The bath room is very clean and is of proper size. Breakfast is served betweem 08:00 and 10:00, come early and come

Hotel Boterhuis is ideally situated for access to all the best places in Bruges being just a short walk from the main square (Markt) The hotel is of period design but has modernised without ruining it's charm. Room 20 offers a great room with a very modern ensuite built in, best of both worlds. Despite it's size it is well...

We stayed for one night with two children three and five years of age. We were welcomed warmly. The hotel has many stairs and may not be suitable for all travellers. The room was fine, the bathroom had a big bathtub with shower and a double sink. There were no parking spaces available and we took about thirty minutes of...

It's not often that you find staff at a hotel so bought in to the business but everyone we dealt with at Hotel Boterhuis was magnificent. They were friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasure. They even did our laundry for a very reasonable fee. When we turned up we found that they had...

Our 2nd visit to this hotel. We were not disappointed. Such a lovely welcome from the team. They couldn't have been kinder when one of our parties were a little poorly. Whilst not on the square it is central to get to everywhere with just a few minutes walk. The rooms are different from other places you may visit with...

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Located close to the center of town but on a quiet street. The front desk was very friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a triple and the room was huge as well as the bathroom. There was lots of storage for all our stuff. The included breakfast was fresh and...

This was my first time to Bruges and wow was I impressed. The hotel which is situated not far from the main market square was an ideal place to stay for those who are looking for somewhere that is close to the Christmas cheer of Mulled Wine and Belgium waffles but far enough away that you can still have a...

Forget the three star rating for this hotel.. It's as lovely as any four star. A gorgeous cosy hundreds year old building with a warm interior.. Stone floors and windy staircases. Staff were really lovely.. Amazingly quick check in process. Rooms big and quirky with lovely modern bathroom and comfy bed. My only tiny criticism is the pillows like on...
