This was recommended to us by friends that had travelled to Bruges in 2011 and I'm so glad it was. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and we only had to ask once where we were going. Anne is a great host. Very friendly and full of information about the area and where to by...

We stayed in Den Witten Leeuw for three nights. The B&B is about 15 minutes walking from Bruges station, and is set very close to the centre of the city. Anne, the hostess, was very friendly, chatty, and helpful the whole time we were there, and gave us advice and local knowledge on where to eat, where to hire bikes...

We spent just two nights with Anne in her historic home in Bruges. She is a wonderful hostess; helpful, charming, and funny. The room had a comfortable bed, antique wardrobe and modern bathroom with a great shower. Tea and coffee in the room, free Wi-Fi, and if the weather had been warmer, a pool in the back garden! Breakfast was...

We stayed here in Den Witten Leeuw for two nights, and the experience really added to our time in Bruges! It is beautifully decorated and homely, and Anne really looked after us with a great breakfast each morning. Oscar the parrot was a delight, too! Also, it's located right next to the only remaining brewery in Bruges. Just saying.

The room was homely and the continental breakfast was delicious. Anne was a fantastic host making sure that we had everything we needed. There is a swimming pool which...

The room was tastefully decorated and offered all the necessities. The delicious breakfast was the best we have had during our trip to Belgium. Anne is a lovely women, who made our...

we spent a couple nights here in December and really enjoyed this B&B. The room was so comfortable and quiet, right in between the main squares and the train station. The host was very helpful and prepared a great breakfast every morning. She was kind to keep our bags for a few extra hours and told us a bit of...

Den Witten Leeuw was recommended to us by a relation who is originally from Brugge, and I am so glad he did. Anne is a wonderful host: her breakfasts are out of this world. She is a font of knowledge as to restaurant and tourist options, and couldn't have done more to make our trip special. The B & B...

We stayed for 2 nights and have to say we were delighted with this B&B. The location is great, just a 10 min walk from the station. Upon arrival Anne sat us down with a map of the city suggesting places to go. From here we could walk everywhere. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with an extremely comfortable...
