Everything about this hotel was great. From check in to check out, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooms were clean and perfectly cared for. The breakfast is a must and is well worth the price.

This was a really wonderful stay. I loved this hotel. It was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The central location makes it ideal for exploring. The champagne breakfast / brunch (complete with enormous slabs of chocolate) is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Right from the moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcome. The staff was professional and most helpful. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Great beds, shower and lighting throughout our space. There even was a Nespresso coffee maker in our room for our use. The location was perfect. Just a...

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and this was recognised at reception which was nice. However, the room I had this time, although very nice was smaller and did not have a great view. the room was very pleasant, tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom (would have been nice to have a lock on...

We were visiting Bruges for the weekend with my husband and this hotel made our stay extra memorable. Amazingly luxurious hotel with all conveniences, very nice hotel grounds and building. We were upgraded to a garden duplex apartment on our arrival. The staff was very welcoming and warm throughout our stay. I think my most memorable thing was the breakfast...

We stayed here in a very cold February! The hotel is central, beautiful, and as you'd expect feels very special and luxurious. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, and were surprised to be seated ostensibly in the bar area (they only use the huge restaurant spaces for breakfast apparently). Food was excellent. Lovely comfortable lounges - although...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for our 'mini-moon'. Firstly the hotel is really easy to find from the train station, it's about a 15 minute walk. Check in was really quick and we were allocated a deluxe room in the 'old' part of the hotel. The room was really large with 2 lovely large windows. The bed...

Near to the center, though with a great garden, quiet, well organised, really friendly people and service, good food in the restaurant... In one word, there were only positive things... This is the first time in my life I haven't any remarks...
