We visit Ostend every year on an organised trip and love returning to the Imperial again and again. Lovely staff, especially Ronny. Always a happy welcome. Great location for the beach and town centre. We'll be back soon
Small room, minuscule bath room. Clean. Awful view for rooms to the back side. Poor breakfast. The hotel was much better some 3 years ago, and the price was similar. The hotel 🏨 is very well situated, in front of the Casino and the entrance to the sea shore promenade.
