We arrived late, soaked after a grueling journey on a motorbike. We were made so welcome, given a cuppa and cake, shown to our room and given a lift to the Menin Gate. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast out of this world. The hostess was so very kind and welcoming. Best B&B we have stayed in. I...

First appearances can be misleading. I had misgivings when I knocked on door but these quickly disappeared. The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and we had a free run of the downstairs kitchen. The rooms were very good while the next morning the breakfast was superb. If I am in the area again,...

Stayed here last year and decided to stay again for 2 nights this time. We were not disappointed as it was just as welcoming as last year and so friendly. The best prettiest and inviting breakfast table ever. Spoilt my 80 year old uncle again and made his stay extra special.

We've just stayed at this B&B for the second time and it wasn't a disappointment at all. We have stayed in the same room 'Charles' on both occasions and find the bed extremely comfortable whilst the bathroom is spacious, light and airy. It is so much more personal than a hotel and I love the interior decoration with a variety...

There was no problem even we came very late, friendly owner show our room. The room was comfortable and clean, bed was quite new and very good to sleep. Breakfast was tasteful and friendly lady told history of town. We liked very much atmosphere. Nothing negative to say.

Very nice B&B run by a very friendly lady. Room was nice but the bed was amazing, probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Easy free parking round the back. Great breakfast. A bit of a walk into town (20 minutes) but not a problem.

This was a very clean and well kept B&B on the outskirts of the historic area. The hardy can easily walk to the center and town, plus bicycles are also provided. Staff was most helpful. No complaints at all about this property. It is also a good value.

This B&B is a cut above as not only do you get a nice big room and Ensuite but the use of a lounge, garden (when it is warm enough) and tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen. Christa the owner live in a separate, adjoining property, so it feels more like your own home! The breakfast was excellent,...

I stayed here with a friend in August 2015. It is a little hard to find but great value and we were very well looked after. It is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the centre of Ypres as well as being a short drive away from some very interesting WW1 memorials and cemeteries. Breakfast was excellent and a great...

Modern, clean, good sized room. Outstanding breakfast both in variety and quality. We have stayed at some fairly expensive B&Bs and never had a better breakfast. Located about a 5 minute drive from town. Convenient and no parking hassles. We would stay here again.

Thank Nelway
