My husband and I stayed at this B&B for 2 nights last October and only have nice things to say about our stay. The rooms are lovely and well kept, the owners were extremely hospitable and helpful (also spoke very good English), it is in a great location (no more than a 10min walk to the Menin Gate) and the... Lovely B&B in a perfect location - close enough to feel part of everything while quiet and relaxing! You are made to feel very welcome from the minute you arrive and Ine provides you with tips and insights to maximise your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but for me it was all the small touches that made... More

Ine is great. As said before the rooms are excellent, quiet and lovely breakfast. You are made to feel welcome in their home. They also open up the breakfast lounge to sit and enjoy in the rest of the day. Parking was a dream after several other old cities. Right out the door Ine is very fluent in English. And... More

Feeling at home. A greater compliment is hardly possible. The heartly greeting on arrival, the suggestions where to eat at night (in 't Klein Stadhuis; book a table !), etc. The relaxed atmosphere felt as a refuge in our hectic itinerary. Your can park your car at the Minneplein nearby. The Grote Markt less than a10 minutes walk away.

OK I can't say it's the best because I haven't stayed anywhere else. It's a tiny B&B, only 3 bedrooms, but the quality of the rooms is fantastic, The welcome that you get is wonderful and the breakfast is great (cooked egg of your choice plus meats and cheeses, Belgian breads, fruits, yoghurts......etc). Ine is an excellent host and the... More

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice location which is family friendly. Ine and Mike were very friendly and knoweldge about the WW1 sites. The food was good and it made for a relaxing setting. Located within easy walking distance of the town centre if you want to have a look around. Would happily stay here again.

Ine and Mike go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Situated in a quiet but convenient location, 5mins walk from the station, this old Flemish town house has lots of character but is tastefully modernised and comfortable. Ine has four, young children but manages to juggle them around running the B&B such that we... More

We stayed with Ine and Mike for 3 nights at the end of a 16 day trip to Belgium. The arrangements were very easy to make and we exchanged emails regularly before arrival as we wanted to check in early and drop our bags off. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Ine who speaks perfect English (and French... More

Really friendly nice B&B located within 5 minutes of the central square and 10 minutes of Menin Gate (or you can easily walk around the edge of Ypres if you fancy a more interesting route in). Really easy to park close to the hotel which makes it a great location if you are planning to tour WW1 sites (which we... More

Had a fantastic stay here at the beginning of June. We were a party of 6 so occupied all three rooms. We stayed in the red room which was very comfortable with a lovely large bathroom (it has a very powerful shower attachment but not a stand up shower - this didn't bother us though). We were made so very... More
