Very good breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Free parking in the central square from 6pm-9am. Room beautiful but small. Really good wifi. Beautifully restored and rebuilt city. Was completely demolished in World War One. Has Elevator.

Nice location in the corner of the main square. The hotel is nice. We stayed here before. Only this time we were in a dark and small room which felt like we were on the loft. The room was clean but looking a bit tired. The breakfast was good and tasty.

Nice little hotel great location. We stayed here over night so we could go to the last post at Menin Gate which is 3-4 min walk from hotel. We stayed in room 33 which is a family room with 5 beds.. I stayed here for 4 nights bed and breakfast with my brother from 30/3/17 to 3/4/17 and it was superb. Geographically an ideal location for visiting the WW1 sights/cemeteries with amazing views over the main square which has a bustling Saturday morning market. The breakfasts are superb. It says continental but also serves bacon and scrambled eggs with a great...

"Basic" sums it up. The hotel room was cold, although the bed was fairly comfy. The bathroom door was also not fully functional, having come off its rails and needing some TLC. When we first checked in my partner and I were quizzed on whether we had chosen the right sort of room. We had chosen a double room, and...

Do not eat here if you are attending with a group. The service is extremely poor. We felt like a bother to the waiters. On every table of 6 to 8 people there was 1 tiny bowl of salad to share amongst many. The food was a chicken burger that MacDonalds could probably do a better job of. Limited water...

Room was small but clean, using the toilet was difficult due to lack of space in the bathroom, breakfast was basic with not a great deal of choice, however, this hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

The reception and service offered was friendly and rooms were adequate , clean and acceptable in every respect at a very reasonable price. Restaurant and bar area offer a good range of food and beverages but really is a little on the small...

If you're just wanting a place to rest your head in between visiting the sites of the local area this is definitely the best place to go. It's a three minute walk to Meningitis Gate, across the road from the museum, there's a supermarket about a four minute walk away and more. The staff were so helpful. They set us...

We have been staying here for over 20 years, and each year we come it just gets better and better, So many improvements as the time goes on. Our room as usual was spotlessly clean, fresh pure white towels every day, a large bed with white as white bedding. Good quality toiletries replaced each day, tea, coffee and biscuits also...
