This is a good find. We travel to Pembrokeshire from 'the North' several times a year to visit family and enjoy making the trip into a mini break so this place really fits the bill - good location, good food and drink, good accommodation, nice staff and peaceful surroundings. Not luxury, just very good value.

We walked from Aberporth to Tresaith along the coastal path and came across The Ship . We only stayed for drinks but the staff were friendly and the view is just amazing - just sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view

We went for an early dinner at The Ship on a busy bank holiday weekend. The service was a little slow but so worth the wait! My sirloin steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare), my mother in law had the baked salmon and she said it was superb. The Manageress was friendly and efficient. We would definitely go back...

Stayed here for 2 nights, views from room 1 are fantastic, staff friendly and helpful, but it was badly let down by poor food and long wait to get it. Even breakfast took 40 minutes to be served, and was cold.

Superlatives abound for both food, service and views. A fantastic experience. The Asian confit of duck broth was delicious and on par with specialist city restaurants. Decent wine too. Most of all, genuinely dog friendly!

We stayed in Tresaith last weekend and prior to settling into our fantastic accommodation just up the road...we went for lunch in the Ship Inn. Parking is a little tight outside, the location and the beach and the waterfall more than made up for a bit of manoeuvring in the car park. We arrived about 1:30pm on the Friday and...

Close to the beach and without apparent competition The Ship Inn is GOING to be your refuge from sun and surf at the end of a long day. With high hopes to meet, it does so without effort. Children & Dog friendly the Ship Inn delivers. The decor is fresh clean and confidences inspiring, staff were local, polite and attentive....

We have been coming to Tresaith and the Ship Inn for some years to enjoy the beach, the food and drink. This was the first time I had stayed there. The room had a small balcony with a view of the bay. It was very comfortable and clean. We ate there that evening and the food was good and the service...

Set in a fantastic 10 out of ten setting that many people present passed comment on. Parking is seemingly limited down at the beach itself to disabled users and it was a pity to see people cheating on this facility, although I stress that is nothing concerning nor any fault of the Ship INN where a young lady named Kayleigh...

Stopped by for lunch on a hot sunny day whilst on holiday. The beach was busy and we only managed to get a car parking space by chance. So glad we did. Thoroughly enjoyed both our meals on the terrace over-looking the sea on a fabulous day. We finished with the best Eaton Mess and Trifle we have ever tasted!...
