We stayed in this complex from 16th -19th Of January and only paid a total of £20 for both myself and my fiancée for the entire stay, that's less than £3.50 per person per night so we were not expecting much at all, however upon arrival at Midnight on Thursday we were given the keys to our room, very pleasantly...

Went as a couple, mid-fifties, Feb 5th/Feb 12th., 1st time at the Auramar Beach Resort, very impressed for the price we paid. We were right above the main reception but on the 4th floor (room A411) and great view of the sea. Grounds were lovely, plenty of sunbeds (but no-one ever used them while we were there due to the...

Booked late deal fairly cheap; on arrival hotel looks good don't be fooled. After paying €10 deposit for room key arrived in a small old fashioned room that looked like it belonged in the 1970's, room was cold, dark and dingy not helped by the concrete balcony. We could just about see the sea although huge tree blocking view, basically...

We booked this hotel based on the fact that it was flagged on the onthebeach.com website as family friendly and from the listed amenities it seemed like a good choice. We arrived on Feb. 6th 2014 and the weather was cold, windy and rainy and the hotel was freezing. The heater in our room did not heat the room -...

Just retuned from a week at the Auramar. I went with my husband, the weather was mixed, had a couple of days sun, but mostly rain. The hotel is made up of 4 accomodation blocks, we were in block B room 201. This is a lovely room, with 2 balconies and a partial sea view. I will give my opinion...

The hotel is improving each year. The smell has gone in the reception. The rooms are being renovated. Rooms are very clean. Staff are excellent. Food is good. The only things that Could be done is free safes. New sun beds as they do look old. Due to the steps drinks should be available in the reception bar as it...

Stayed here on a 5 day trip with my Mam. Got a cheap deal online. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Apartment had all mod-cons needed and was nice and clean. We ate in the restaurant a few times, nice variety to chose from with a local dish on offer each night. I would recommend going in early because the...

stayed here twice, once with 11 girlfriends and once with my husband. What can I say, you get what you pay for!!!!! Nice enough hotel but if you want 5 star accomodation, then pay for 5 star accomodation. The rooms are small but clean (although if you book a 3 person room and are lucky enough to get overlooking the...

It's a long story as to how we ended up at the Auramar but we didn't stay for long and checked into another hotel in the old town after 1 day. From the exterior the hotel looks good and was probably, once, the jewel in the crown of the Albufeira coast - but sadly no more. One arrival we were...
