We have stayed here 3 times now for short all inclusive breaks around this time of year. Hotel is nice, has great views from the pool and restaurant areas. The rooms are basic...all the rooms have twin beds rather than one double, there is a mini kitchen area and a tv (could only get 4 channels two which were in...

We were here for a week half board in January and stayed in Block D which is pretty central to the complex. You do have to pay 10 Euros for your key at check in but you get it back when you check out. We had to hang around for our room when we arrived as it wouldn't be ready...

Having read reviews on this hotel I was sceptical my advise ignore the bad the hotel was clean comfortable and brilliantly location wise with the beach on the doorstep the old town 20 min walk along the beach and the strip only 5 mins away the food was plentiful and a good choice staff were all friendly helpful only downside...

Auramar is a huge resort with 4 different sections (A-D). We have been in the B. When we arrived it was impressive, the resort and area looks gorgeous and well maintained. The room was a bit shocking in the first day. Very oldish looking inside wall paint faint yellowish huge dark brown curtains hardly working balcony door, safe in pieces....

We stayed at Auramar for 7 nights in January . At check in we were asked for €10 deposit for the room key. The lobby had the smell of old socks, it is the only place where you can get free WiFi. The lift could get three people in max. It was overloaded when four people got in. Our room...

We stayed at Auramar for 4 nights in January, we were unfortunate with the weather; due to this there were few excursions we could take part in. When we first arrived at 11am we were told to wait until 2pm for our room to be cleaned, once we were allowed to check in we got to our room and it...

Okay, the price was really cheap so I can't moan about that. On arrival, we were greeted and were immediately asked to hand over our passports and €10 deposit for the room key. The lobby had the smell of old socks, not the best impression when you first walk through the door. The lift could just about get two people...

This hotel is fine as a 3 star all inclusive property and I stayed for 4 weeks from mid December. The food is plentiful and I never was lost for choice. Do, however be aware that the Portuguese use a lot of salt. Some of my dinners were rather odd combinations! Getting used to drinking out of disposable plastic cups...

Arrived at the hotel after being the last ones dropped off. We actually passed out hotel twice. We arrived about 9:25pm, didnt take long to check in. I asked about getting some dinner and waa told this had just closed, but we could get burgers and chips from 10-11. So went to our room. This was dated but clean. There...
