We came back from the hotel couple of days ago. The reception staff very polite, at first. Room dark and quite scary. As a couple we had two single beds which we had to pull down together and they were moving apart at night, very uncomfortable in general, did not look clean. Good point that they have few channels in...

Firstly I leave informative reviews on every hotel we visit and believe they are to be trusted based soley on my visit. I have just returned today from this fabulous hotel in the best location for Albufeira. The hotel is old, it was built in 1970s and apart from the rooms being modernised and outside work the rest of the...

I was here 3 night's with my son , they were the last 3 of a 20 days stay at 6 different hotels and locations over the coastal area of Algarve , a kind of experiment using travel agents and tripadvisor . I most say you can find all in the comments already available in the very useful tripadvisers meanings...

I have stayed in hotels of all ratings in lots of places and this stay is probably in the bottom 3. All staff ( apart from the maids ) seemed demotivated and not interested. The hotel in all areas seemed like it had not been touched or updated in 15 years. The food was below standard. I can eat most...

Right, firstly I can see why the Auramar has had some bad reviews as there are quite a bit that can be improved. But, for what we paid for our all inclusive week away I can't complain. It's a massive complex which would cost near on a million pounds to upgrade! Yes they could have Wi-Fi in a few more...

The hotel was lovely. Big, plenty of space both inside and outside. Pools clean and welcoming. Cleaning standards were good, rooms made up beautifully. First impression was not the best unfortunately, as we asked for coffee and were presented with a hot, sweet version in a flimsy plastic cup. This is not what I expected from such a place, and...

Food no good, Workers not professionals, Rooms stinking and sticky, buildings inside looks like 50 years old-need good maintenance and repairing, most customers over 55 or over. ALL inclusive but only chips are ok nothing else. I get food from supermarket and pizza hut in town centre (in Bar don't drink vodka is poison buy from supermarket)

Looks good on paper . But what a joke . Wifi only available in reception, the only bar open was quarter mile away from rooms and down ALOT OF STAIRS!! Staff not very helpful on reception. Hotel advertised spa facilities and gym!I think not, !!!! Few dated gym equipment , an out of order" steam room" and a household bath...

we stayed at the beginning of Feb and had a good week despite the weather following us from uk with a vengeance! Lets start by putting a few myths to bed. Anybody who says the food choice was a problem should not have been such fussy kids when they were little. There was plenty of choice at the evening and...
