Just returned from a 2 weeks stay in the Marina Rio. We have stayed here for the past 8 years and find it very relaxing and unhurried.Although the staff are welcoming they are quiet and very efficient. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the bedding is spotless and so are the towels.Great views from the balcony and once the balcony...

Overall I wouldn't classify this hotel as a 4-star accommodation. It was in a convenient location (steps away from bus and train stations and only 5-10 minute walk to city center) but overall it was outdated and not very comfortable. Rooms were old and beds were hard. Furniture appeared from the 80s/90s and TV was the tiniest ~10" flat screen....

Dear Madam, We thank you for your time and for the review because constructive criticism is always welcome to make things better. We are very sorry that you didn't feel so comfortable as most of our guests and that you didn't like our décor. It is not easy to meet everyone's personal taste. However, the rooms have been completely refurbished...

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in the Marina Rio, Lagos, that we discovered on TripAdviser and we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location with very nice marina views, which I would advise to book early, as well as been in a central location to the town. All the staff are extremely friendly...

Just had another stay here and it never disappoints! It's the combination of its welcoming staff, its location, its cleanliness, its size (just 36 rooms) and the lovely breakfasts. Since our last visit the free WiFi has extended to all the bedrooms which is a bonus. And the discount for returning guests is a lovely gesture., Reviews regularly suggest that it...

Excellent location for this small family run boutique hotel. Stayed for 7 nights (9-16 June) and had a marina view room for 6 nights, and a standard room at the back of hotel for one night as they didn't have a marina view room available for the whole stay when we booked. The rooms at the back have exactly the...

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights at the end of April. As it was a short break it was essential that we had a central hotel and the Marina Rio certainly fitted the bill. It was located immediately across from The Marina and next door to the shopping areas of the town and lots of bars and restaurants,...

Stayed here for a short break Feb. Pleasant hotel. Rooms are straightforward rather than luxurious but more than adequate and np better than many I have seen in this price bracket. Breakfasts good. Location good with a short walk to the marina bar restaurants and a slightly longer walk down into the old town but not too far. As ever...

We visit here twice a year and it is like going home. Very clean and the staff are both professional and friendly. The breakfast are also good. They do not offer evening meals but with their partner restaurant there is no need. Also Lagos has a great choice of places to eat for everyone.

This is a great little hotel! We stayed there for 2 nights in April. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the room are spacious, clean, and modern. This hotel is located right in front of the small Lagos bus station which served us well (we took a bus from Lisbon to here and then a bus to Seville...
