We only stayed one night in the hotel, after playing tourist all day. The staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The parking was underground, which was nice to just leave the car and walk around, as it close to everything. We had a view of the pool and river. The room wasn’t huge and a little bit...

We were there for a night . This hotel is nice and comfortable . They have a good breakfast . Do not eat dinner in their restaurant - just bad food for a huge price . They have very comfortable parking also easy to find roads and highways when you drive in or out . Recommended .

We stayed for a couple of nights in Hotel Dona Ines and we were very happy with our stay. The price was reasonable and it included breakfast and free parking as well. We were allocated a nice quiet room as we had requested it in advance. The staff was very nice and helpful.

If you are looking for a hotel in Coimbra that is near the center and with a very good pool and if you have a limited budget, this is the one for you. Breakfast is quite good. The staff is very gentle and kind. The rooms are ok. It's a quite decent 3 start hotel.

From outside hotel looks unattractive, but inside is lovely. Reception is airy and looks luxury. Corridors are decorated by beautiful pictures. Room is acurrate, clean and perfect. I appreciate a fridge in the room, but the prices of minibar are terrible... :-) Bathroom is clean and big. Hotel is 15 minutes walking from centrum. Breakfast room looks clean and tidy....

Spent one evenjng and requested the room to be checked as one family member has severe asthma. Arrived late. The room was not clean. Hair in the bed and the toilet wall was also dirry. Next day complained and the staff mentioned they would immediately tell the manager. Did a discount. nevertheless : this shouldn't happen.

We stayed for just 1 night but we enjoyed it. The first impression is excellent: reception looked great and staff were very professional. It is a very comfortable, clean and modern business hotel, which has all necessary amenities for a traveller. Room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was buffet-style, but still quite...

Stayed 2 nights August 2016. Hotel is very good value in a reasonably quiet location with free car parking in underground car park next to hotel. Standard room was spacious and despite being given a room opposite the lift was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast is buffet style with cooked food available, plus cereals, yoghurts, toast, crossaints, fruit, juices etc. Wi-Fi worked...

Just stayed the one night. Chose this hotel as we were arriving late and it had a 24hr reception. All very comfortable and professional and also convenient for Coimbra central. Free covered car park very useful as street parking is restricted.

Would be a 5 but 2 things need improving. 1 bathroom is dated; 2. Kept running out of stuff at breakfast and slow to replace. I am being very picky though; pool, gym staff & rooms all v v v good. Definitely recommended.
