An excellent hotel in a very convenient location, close not only to Batalha Monastery (worth to stay the night so to see it at sunset!) but to many other interesting sights (Nazaré. Obidos, Alcobaça Monastery). Very big and modern rooms, (better than the pictures you find online) with all amenities you can think of, excellent bathroom with great shower, good...

Batalha is a small town about 150 km from Lisbon. The only real reason to visit would be the monastery or maybe best described as the cathedral. An amazing place. The hotel is comfortable, nice chairs and tables everywhere to relax, friendly, rooms are large and some with balconies. There is really nothing wrong with this hotel and lots that...

I didn't stay in the hotel as we have a house not very far. I took my mother for a day's spa and wellness treatment and dinner. The spa area is very clean, modern and the staff are very friendly. We both enjoyed the massage and facial which were very professionally done. The staff took good care of us and...

I spent 2 nights at this new (2 years old) hotel and enjoyed my time there. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is mordernly designed (without a bath tub, in case you think it is really necessary...). Breakfast is rich and suits also 100% vegans. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were slightly disappointed. Should have been...

This hotel was a perfect location to visit Batalha, Alcobaca and Tomar. It was modern, inexpensive ($105 per night) and very clean. The breakfast was a decent selection. We only stayed for one night in order to see all of the sites but it was a very pleasant stop over. Only wish is that the wifi would also work in...

If you're in central Portugal and need a couple of days relaxation this is a fabulous option. Very modern, friendly staff, located 5 minutes walking to Batalha Monastey, supermarket with small pharmacy just in front, quiet location, spa, inside pool (need to pay 7.5€ per person). We stayed for 3 days but I could have stayed 3 weeks! The rooms...

We stayed a week at this hotel at the beginning of August for a family wedding. I must say I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had a large spacious room on the first floor overlooking the monastery and new sports complex which includes a jogging path. The bed was comfortable and the quiet location ensured a good nights sleep.The...

We found this hotel through recommendation from a friend. It was a great choice as it was not too far from the tourist sites of Batalha with plenty of parking space (we drove in Portugal). The hotel decor is modern (a bit more business like than tourist oriented) but we didn't mind for the rooms are huge (by comparison to...
