We spent a long weekend at the Baia, just as the Coronavirus crisis was breaking. The hotel’s response was impeccable, with hand sanitizers prominently displayed and frequently refilled, and very evident cleaning of common areas, door handles etc. They couldn’t have been nicer and they worked hard to keep their guests informed. On top of that, it’s just a very nice hotel, in an amazing beachfront location. We had a great room, very spacious and quiet, and we loved the bar/dining room and the roof terrace. There’s also a rooftop pool, but unfortunately it was closed for C19-related reasons. The rooms at the front had small but pleasant balconies, and the rooms at the back were larger and quieter.

Given the recent circumstances and the spread of Covid19, we'd like to praise the management and staff of this hotel for their care and consideration for their guests, their excellent hygiene precautions, and their evolving response to the crisis. We found the staff to be charming and helpful, the room was quiet and spacious, although we assume it's due for an update. We very much enjoyed the central location and the beautiful views from the roof terrace.

Great location on cascais seafront, close to restaurants and city centre. Spacious room for a 3* hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Gentle and helpful staff. Great quality price value. Convenient conference rooms.

Really nice hotel, we took a room with a sea view it's well worth the extra cost. They are doing some renovations on the hotel but that didn't affect us at all. Very well situated between the beach and the old town, we spent hours walking the back streets and thoroughly enjoying the area.

Fantastic location , right on the front over looking the harbour. Rooms clean, modern, functional- i upgraded to a room on the front with a balcony. Roof terrace with small but adequate indoor pool. Basic but good quality breakfast.
