Reasonable price to stay in a great location opposite a beach and not far from Lisbon and sintra. Would highly recommend. Friendly staff and great views if you get a sea view room. Only drawback was no kettle in the room.

It is a nice hotel in an extraordinary position. Personel is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. But beware if you have a room to the landside. There is a noisy open air restaurant just outside your window. It can sometime in week-ends even be turned into an open air nightclub. Then sleep is impossible.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the disturbance caused by the restaurant at the back of the Hotel. The Police has been alerted to make sure they respect the sound volume and close at midnight. We hope this has not put you off returning to Hotel Baia in the future. The fact that the Hotel is located...

How this Hotel rates as just a three star baffles me(wonder what the criteria are). Have stayed in many hotels in Portugal, most of which were 4/5 star and were no better. Room was relatively small but perfectly equipped, bathroom was modern and perfectly sufficient. loads of storage space, hangers etc. Room safe was available at 10 Euros for the week plus...

Stayed here last week and the overall experience was brilliant. The room was lovely overlooking the beach and breakfast was more than adequate. All the staff were helpful and friendly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

A three star facility that offers four star hospitality, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotels location is the best in Cascais, on the beach/harbour, close to shops, bars and restaurants virtually everything is a easy walk away. Parking is underground and secure , however a bit expensive at 10 euros per night. The hotel should at least...

Booked this hotel after a day trip to Cascais from Lisbon last year. Knew that the position was ideal for the town & wasn't disappointed with the rooms or breakfast. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Didn't tell them that it was my birthday but came back to find a decent bottle of champagne in the room. Don't be...

Pros - A very welcoming staff. Good breakfast and nice position of the hotel itself. It's facing the sea and easy to walk around the town from the hotel. Cons - Was very unlucky that I was given a back view....nothing at all. Cutlery were sometimes a bit dirty.

It is a nice hotel, not too old and not too modern but ok and in an excelent location. We stay in a room with sea view that was very nice. Cascais is a very beautiful place and excelent for a romantic escape.

I can't say enough about Hotel Baia and our stay there. We went during October, 2015 with a group of about 100. Planning was easy, thanks to hotel staff who also booked our sightseeing tours! Breakfast was very good and satisfying. Rooms all newly decorated. It's the perfect location with the best view of the bay, and just steps from...

The hotel is located in the centre of Cascais. I arrived by train from Lisbon. When you exit the train station, turn left, cross over the crossing and walk towards Mcdonalds, when you reach Mcdonalds, walk down the road, there are an array of shops, keep to your left and keep walking til you reach the pedestrian crossing at the...

Thank you very much for your review. Every winter we are renovating rooms in the Hotel. We hope you will visit us again soon and see what improvements we have made. It is always worth paying a little extra for sea view rooms.
