We liked very much our stay in Dolce Cascais Home. We spent 4 nights there and had the chance to visit Sintra, Cascais and the Guincho beach from there. You would need a car or an Uber account (our favourite way for travelling there) or if you are more patient than us, there is a bus stop nearby as well.... More

Just returned from fantastic 7 day break at this fabulous B&B. Duarte and Margarida proved to be 10/10 hosts, making us feel like part of the family. A font of knowledge of information, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Location was superb if you do not want to be in the thick of it but equally very easy transport links... More

We found this guest house after staying one night above the noisy Irish pub in Cascais. After managing about 4 hours sleep, we went to the Tourismo place. The lady there was terribly rude as she wanted to charge us for leaving our bags there for half an hour while we got a coffee to recoup from our crappy night... More

This is a very nice guesthouse in cascais Portugal. The owners were very friendly. we loved it here. breakfast was superb. This is not a top location, but more than good enough. They have free wireless and lots of DVDs if the weather is terrible. Perfect for a short stay to explore the area and Lisbon.

Visited Cascais in May-June 2014 with a friend on a surfing/hiking holiday. We spent three night in total in Cascais and really found a home from home in this guest house. Margarida is a lovely lady - excellent English, really warm and knowledgeable. Duarte picked us up from the airport and also dropped us to our next location (Sintra) and... More

Having stayed at the Dolce Cascais Guest House before thought I would give this place a go and was not disappointed. Comfortable, well appointed accommodation and facilities. It may be a 20 minute walk to the town centre, but with buses and reasonably priced taxis it did not detract from my stay. Once again thank you Margarida and Duarte. If... More

Probably actually four and a half stars, the only slight negative is that you have to get a cab into Cascais centre, although that's only about 5 Euros. Everything else was excellent. The property has just six rooms which have been recently fitted out to a high standard (really comfortable king-size bed in our room) and are en suite with... More
