This hotel is conveniently located to the sanctuary..to shopping area...to food...everything is on walking distance. Staff was so helpful and very informative..amenities were okay for a pilgrim hotel...buffet breakfast was okay.

Very nice staff, honest, helpful. I accidentally left my credit card at the desk and they were very kind by contacting and assisting me in the process. Thank you Catia!! The place is very nice. Our view on the 3rd floor was of the Basilica and the plaza below which was great. I enjoyed watching the sunrise overlooking the balcony....

Excellent value. Located just across the street from the Shrine. You can't get a closer. Good breakfast that fits most appetites. Very friendly staff; great you warmly on every enter and exit. Although the hotel has a full restaurant, bar and wines, we choose to walk through the town to dine.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is OK. On-site parking is available but limited so cars are double parked and it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot. Breakfast is adequate, the service is helpful. I did think they could at least put a hot water flask in each room.

The beautiful room was on the small side but the large bathroom more than made up for it. Loved the shower!! The people were friendly and the food good. It was right across the street from the shrine which was perfect. It was also close to shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Front Desk: Staffs are Very attentive and extends help/assistance to our needs and inquiry. Rooms: Clean with modern facility. Adequate Amenities - what you NEED is available Other item I expected which was not available is the Coffee & Tea making facility considering that the hotel has no 24/7 Room Service. Bedroom Sleepers was also expected but not available

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We found the room very clean and modern and the location was excellent in terms of being close to restaurants, shops, the bus stop and the religious sites. You could even hear the mass at night. The food at the restaurant was good as well as their extensive wine collection. The...

This is this is an absolutely common, regular, current hotel but it has quite a number of positive aspects that should be emphasized: 0 - it is incredibly close to the Sanctuary; 1 - it is very clean; 2 - the common areas are uncommonly spacious; 3 - the room I stayed in was brand new refurbished; 4 - it...

The hotel is good. The staff is friendly. We were a group from Lebanon. It was a religious visit. The location is the best as it is the nearest to the shrine. Breakfast was fair, it has not big variety. It was fine.

We stayed here as part of a tour in late Sept 2016 - and what a surprise this place was. This is a chain run hotel with a difference - staff that are interested in what they do and are friendly. There was no hassle or bustle and nothing was a problem The location is were you want it to...
