Staff not professional, wifi not working on the 2nd floor, really noisy room until 1 a.m. The room with private bathroom itself it's quite nice, however it does not have a direct window. If you need fresh hair, you have a window on the entrance.
Really a pleasant stay. The location right in Alfama is convenient to the Fado houses, the Fado Museum and the Praca do Comercio.
