We stayed at these apartments for 4 nights. The location was good, a short walk to the centre of everything. Apartment was small but had everything we needed. Be prepared for for a lot of steps up to the building. No luggage storage for before/after you check in/out.. bit of a walk to the other building with your cases but a cheap option to store them for a few hours. Our room wasn't cleaned one day so when we got back from a long day trip to Sintra we came back to no clean towels for our shower. We went into the main building where we used the phone provided to contact a member of staff, but were told over the phone that the cleaners were gone for the day. Then he hung up on us, we were on a camera so obviously he could see us as we tried 4 times to ring back but he wouldn't answer. I had to go outside and ring a different number from my mobile. Another man answered and told me where we could find towels but the instructions were hard to understand and he was laughing and making fun of us.. this really let the accommodation down for us. We were on the ground floor, so the door to our apartment was right on the street and quite loud at night. Good value for money and a good location, shame the staff let it down. …

The property is infested by bedbugs, and management does very little about it! Their response was: we will put new linen and you can sleep here until a new room becomes available That's a good way to spread the bugs further!

Be careful with this property. They are blatant liers I paid for a deluxe studio a queen bed and two twin single beds and instead of the single beds they gave me a sofa bed with a pullout down the bottom. When I complained they didn’t care simply said ‘we are full’. I reserved this place through booking.com and complained multiple times and they never resolved the problem again they don’t care they don’t do minimum quality checks and make sure only reputable hosts are allowed. Also my apartment faced directly to street and a pub with loud music and drunkards screaming every night until 3 am they ruined my holidays in Lisbon To top it all off luggage storage is in another location so had to transport my luggage back and forth before checkin time and after checkout using Uber and extra costs. I don’t recommend this place to anyone…

Great location between the city centre and the castle, very clean and cosy apartment. You enter the apartment with the access code that you will get some days before arrival, communication was fast and easy. Definitely recommend this place to stay during your lisbon trip!

Great serviced apartment with all the necessities and close to Lisbon’s main attractions. The only drawback is the climb from the centre of the City to the apartment as it is located at the top of the hill close to the castle. Although there’s no service desk, the phone at the front door made it possible for someone to respond rapidly to our questions.
