Excellent service. We had a wonderful and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The receptionists are nice to address our questions and concerns promptly. We like the daily offering of water bottles and apple. It is really nice.
This place was a perfect location for us. Small room but we weren't there! Clean nice. Trick to getting the rain shower head to work and the hair dryer. Service staff very helpful. Clean, nice, friendly and helpful. Great recommendations for dinner.
My girlfriend and I stayed here at the start of December, hotel is in a great location with most amenities in walking distance. The staff were lovely and welcoming, they were also very helpful with directions. The room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was huge and very comfy, and room was cleaned everyday (one you put the sign on the door to give the go ahead) Would definitely recommend
A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in a wonderful location ! I loved everything about it ! The breakfast deserves a special mention . It really was that good! The hotel offered ‘little touches’ which sets it aside from others. During the day there are bowls of fruit, bottles of drink and little Portuguese tarts free to guests and in the evenings they provide a little glass of port should you want to indulge . The breakfast was one of the best I have had where again every attention to detail was taken and where seemingly every guest’s needs were taken into account . The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. They offered maps, advice on every request liaison and an early check in with a big smile . I really really loved this hotel and will be back whenever I am in Lisbon. Highly recommended!…
I was working in Lisbon for 4 days and the location was perfect, and I actually changed my hotel a few days before due to finding this one and preferring the location. Quiet, but close to the cathedral and the shopping area, and only a 15/20 mins walk to places like Time Out (market). Lots of great cafes and restaurants within 3 min walk and so close to the harbour. The hotel was small, very clean and the rooms were immaculate, honestly don't think I've stayed in a cleaner hotel and I've travelled all over the world. The breakfast was a continental buffet and the quality was great with a good selection of fruits, hams, cheese, bread, cereals, coffee etc, very impressed. I didn't have dinner in the evenings as I chose to eat in the local area which had an abundance of choices and traditional Portuguese dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Well done Vincci!!…
-Geeat location: in the heart of Lisbon. -People from lobby was very helpfull and with good disposition; with the EXCEPTION of the tall-skinny guy with beard and glases, who was not to friendly neither oriented to solve issues. - clean rooms and reasonable space. - the BATHROOM DOOR does not have an hermetical seal / lock; which is clearly not ideal. A very rare concept there. - the wain and chestnuts at the entrance was a great/valuable detail from the hotel. - too much platic wasted in the bathroom! This is not nature friendly. I suggest to put dispensers of soap and shampoo. Regular rooms does not have the view that you can see at the website. Not that nice. Perhaps available for very premium rooms.
We only had one night at this hotel before we started our Camino walk. The staff were lovely, the room was small but comfortable and modern and the breakfast was delicious, I would definitely stay here again. It was a good start to or Camino journey
The location is fantastic and near a lot of attractions and restaurants The rooms are very nice and well appointed. All of the staff are wonderful and helpful and check in was very welcoming,. I would stay here again if I visited Lisbon and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Great location: 1 street up from nice and large waterfront square, 2 street up from the main shopping strip as well as from Maria Cantita restaurant for great Portuguese food. Walking distance to everything. Lovely reception staff; always smiling and helpful. Loved the complimentary pasteis and liquor on offer every evening. Good breakfast. Rooms are cozy and modern. Only hiccup was the slight occasional sewage smell downstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there and in the surrounding area.
Front desk service is excellent: got there at 2:00 a.m. and due to a mishap froom my travel agent my cancellation had been cancelled and I did not have any room. They were extremely helpful to find me another room in a nearby hotel for one night and get back to Vincci the next day at the price originally agreed. But beside this episode the front desk proved to be efficient, friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. Location is also very good close to the river, the main square and a lively district. Rooms however are smallish, there is no desk with a chair if you had to work, wi-fi in the rooms works poorly. I also had a bath tub and not a shower. it was ok but the tub is very small. You should also avoi rooms on the last flor as it seems they have a low ceiling. breakfast is good but not exceptional. you have cold cuts, and fruit. You should ask if you want omellette. no warm dishes. Coffee and cappucino you need to make them yourself. Finally, beware of any taxi booking. I paid 12 euro for the inbound taxi ride from the airport. i asked a cab to be booked for the airport. They booked a private car who charged 30 euro for a ride back to the airport. I had not been warned of such "special fare".…
