Breakfast was enjoyable. The room had everything we required and was very clean, ours was the "economy " room (only one left)-good price but sloping roof in bedroom and bathroom on 3rd floor. Shower was warm and plentiful. Staff very helpful and always someone on duty. Wine, water and coffee available for a little extra money. Location was brilliant, a...

Stayed for 5 nights and arrived late on our first night, i had emailed ahead as i knew it would be a late check in and got a response straight away to tell me it was 24 hour desk service. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, costing about 11 euros, the hotel is on the main avenue which...

Stumbled on this after having to relocate from the Marriott across the street. So pleased with the location, quite near to metro and sights; nice room with balcony overlooking Avenida but still quiet for sleeping; all amenities, nice breakfast; very helpful and thoughtful staff, clean, updated bath with great shower. It's not the Marriott for decor (thank goodness!) but an...

Booked a double budget room on booking.com but didn't see the option for number of guests so when my partner and I arrived we were told we would need to pay a supplement for the 2nd guest. Receptionist was helpful and explained everything for us and the supplement turned out to only be €30 for the 3 nights. The room...

great location, room on 1st floor was clean and spacious.=, as the hotel has neither bar nor public lounge I would have appreciated the ability to make tea or coffee in the room All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay there again.

What a great hotel!,in a really good location, Avenida metro station is 2-minute walk away. The hotel is small but charming, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We opted to have breakfast too, which was really delicious, great choices and a range of local foods included. Quiet location, comfortable beds. Would certainly come back!

Stayed for 2 nights at the weekend. Easy check in, simple quick and efficient. Although I arrived very early a room on the top floor was ready for me. It was clean, big enough and a good shower with toiletries in there. The only issue being the sloping roof. Tv had plenty channels in a variety of languages including English....

Please do not make our mistake and book a loft room. I regretted our booking immediately. The hotel is lovely. Ideal location with easy walking distance to the centre, front, trams, metro, train station to Sintra, everything. Breakfast lovely if basic. Top tip use the grills to heat your bread and even make cheese on toast! Everything ran out during...
