My wife and I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2017. Pros - 1. Cheap Hotel 2. Clean rooms Cons 1. I particulary did not enjoy the check in process. It took unnecessarily long time as the receptionist was searching for my card details in the booking. This was the ONLY place in Europe which did such a kind of...

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. The maid kept adding new towels even though we hanged them on hooks to indicate that we didn't want knew ones. Moreover, he/she also threw away our empty little bottles that we saved for used during the day (we put them on the bedside table, not in the garbage can). Really disappointing service.

We found Hotel Ibis Lisboa Jose Malhoa a wonderful place to rest in Lisbon. There are 2 important Metro Stations nearby and the whole are is a cultural attraction for visitors. With no traffic jam, Humberto Delgado airport is less than 15 minutes far

It just few stops by metro with one line change fm the airport.Fm the hotel short distance to the centre of Lisbon as well. Room was small, but clean, just enough for overnight stay between planes,in case of not early departure. Staff was professional and friendly.Check in/out procedure was fast.

The hotel is tidy and comfortable. Very polite and helpful stuff working there. I recommend breakfasts because its really good and you have many things to chose. I tried a dinner once (soup and fruit salad) which haven't been that's good. General nice place!

Clean hotel, reasonably near all attractions. Rooms were modern and clean, and breakfast available early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxi prices to the airport were around €15 which I thought was pretty good. I would stay there again.

Our favourite hotel to stay at in Lisboa. Staff are very friendly. Very clean, efficient and low cost hotel. The breakfast is excellent. Only disappointment was during our last stay in February 2016, we found room too warm. Staff indicated that the hotel doesn't run the air conditioning during the winter months. We were able to open the window slightly...
