It just few stops by metro with one line change fm the airport.Fm the hotel short distance to the centre of Lisbon as well. Room was small, but clean, just enough for overnight stay between planes,in case of not early departure. Staff was professional and friendly.Check in/out procedure was fast.

The hotel is tidy and comfortable. Very polite and helpful stuff working there. I recommend breakfasts because its really good and you have many things to chose. I tried a dinner once (soup and fruit salad) which haven't been that's good. General nice place!

Clean hotel, reasonably near all attractions. Rooms were modern and clean, and breakfast available early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxi prices to the airport were around €15 which I thought was pretty good. I would stay there again.

Our favourite hotel to stay at in Lisboa. Staff are very friendly. Very clean, efficient and low cost hotel. The breakfast is excellent. Only disappointment was during our last stay in February 2016, we found room too warm. Staff indicated that the hotel doesn't run the air conditioning during the winter months. We were able to open the window slightly...

We liked the wooden floor, space and cleanliness of the room. If you need more than one chair in the room, you can walk down to the front desk and ask for one from the bar at the open area. Front desk staff speak good English and offer great services. A short cut to metro station is to take the...

I had problems connecting to the internet in my room and when I complained they said that there is no problem with the wi-fi! It was easy to connect in the lobby, but not in the room (I was at the 3rd floor)!

The regular Ibis standard in a good location in Lisbon. Subway and rail network are only 200 meters away, so you can get downtown in 15 minutes. A bit shortstaffed for checkin/checkout. Breakfast is above average for an Ibis, however there are no hot dishes such as eggs and bacon. Good value in the end.

Service The service was good, the staff seemed friendly. There was no map offered on arrival but i think this is common in most hotels now, they tend to only give one when you ask. i suspect this is to keep costs down, considering a lot of people wouldn't need a map it probably makes logic. The room was really...
