Barely a 3 star hotel feels more like a hostel. It's old run down and the rooms are very small. Beds hard and the whole thing is showing it's tired age. Sure the breakfast room is fixed up nicely and looks good in the pictures but the room quality and comfort should be where it counts. Way overpriced for what...

My husband and I planned a quick weekend break to Lisbon, he searched for Old World Hotels and chose Hotel Lisboa Plaza. One of a group of 5 or 6 hotels in excellent locations in Lisbon. The Hotel is enchanting and enviting, gracious entrance, turned marble staircase, classic design. The staff were professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had booked...

I always do hours of research before booking any accommodations. We (4 adults) recently spent 2 nights here. We liked it very much! We stayed in 2 interconnecting rooms. The rooms were a fine size but I did find the bathroom in our room to be on the small side. There was not much counter space in the bathroom for...

This is a medium to small hotel that has been kept up to date and has a good classical atmosphere. It is very well located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and the old city center and it's many attractions. The staff at all times were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was more than adequate.

An old hotel designed in a classical style including creaky lifts and noisy pumping. The rooms have to be opened with a key. A really atmospheric and stylish hotel. It is conveniently located just off the main tourist avenue. Not perfect though. I found my room small compared to the other two hotels I stayed in during this trip. They...

hotel is above average, but not quite up to very good. staff was lovely. hotel was clean, bathroom well supplied. There was a lovely, sumptuous breakfast and water and free port at the bar. But, the room was small and the hotel itself had a bit of that "has been" character-- in need of an uplift. It was a very...

Trip Advisor really came through this time. The location was great and we felt very safe. We had booked a queen sized bed and arrived to find two twins. In minutes it was remade into a King. The breakfast buffet was huge and we were able to sit by a window with a beautiful garden mini courtyard view. The receptionist...

We came to Lisbon for a "Fado" weekend. And to have some time for ourselves. We could not have found a better hotel for our purpose. It is right next to elegant Avenida de Liberdade - but very quiet. The Metro is only a stone throw away. The hotel is furnished with taste, style and attention to detail. It has...

Located on a side street off the bustling Avenida Liberdade, this is a lovely, small hotel with a very traditional feel in the lobby and public areas, quiet and genteel, like visiting a country estate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very quiet with attentive service staff providing a great place to rest overnight. Be sure to enjoy a...
