The hotel is very very clean and comfortable. It is not luxurious but certainly adequate with a good quality price ratio. Rooms are spacious and newly refurbished. No bathrobes or slippers are provided. Personnel is very polite. Location is not very central. Breakfast is not great, rather simple and close to no service. I would stay again if the price...

This is a decent hotel used by many tour groups and tries hard to please. Rooms are small, bathroom smaller but overall very clean and well maintained. Service is good too. Only that location is not very suitable for those who want a hotel near to the central area. There is however a nearby metro that is a few stops...

My wife and I just stayed here a couple of days ago for 2 nights in Lisbon. The check in process was quick and easy. The restaurant was buffet style and reasonably priced, we had a rate that included breakfast. It had a combination of hot and cold options for breakfast. The dinner buffet was fine (I think it was...

This hotel is very close to the Gulbenkian Museum and gardens and has easy access to the Sao Sebastian metro station (close to the El Corte Ingles store). If you're prepared to walk, it would take about 35/40 minutes to the downtown area. There is a good variety of restaurants close by. The hotel has been recently renovated and the...

Am pleased we stayed here on our tour - was well located and quiet and the rooms were really lovely. Would highly recommend. Breakfast at the hotel was great - fantastic range of food and all very clean and tidy.

Two nights here as part of a tour. When we stayed one elevator was out of use - being upgraded, so some of us who were fitter, chose to walk up and down the stairs instead of a long wait for the elevator. The room was fine - clean, hot water for shower. One annoying thing was that you had...

Not too far from the shopping center in the area, but it was a taxi or bus ride to get into the city center, unfortunately. The rooms were well-appointed and the service was professional. It's easy to get turned around since all the streets look the same, so I was grateful the hotel keys have the address printed.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfest was impresingly good. Stuff was welcoming and helpful. Price was reasonable compared to similar hotels. There is a lot of publicparking outside where you can pay for free at night.

The hotel is in a quiet and rather dilapidated area of Lisbon, away from the city centre. Everything is old about the hotel: room, bathroom, bar, lifts. Trafalgar rated this as a 4-star, but it is more like a 3-star. The staff was pleasant enough. One of the staff directed us to a beautiful Portugese restaurant nearby which turned out...
