OK facility. not overly impressed. Pros: clean, modern, staff very nice, free wifi. Cons: no iron or ironing board in room for clothes, no ice machine on floors, small room size, dark hallways/corridors at night, pool closes very early and could not use it, very small lobby (not very welcoming).

We had three double rooms booked. Kids enjoyed the rooftop pool with its retractable roof. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good value for money with hot and cold buffet. The parking downstairs is tight but low cost. Location is a few miles away from central but relatively easy to navigate by bus and subway. The tour buses stop about... More

The Mercure Lisboa is a bit off the old town which makes parking on the street in front of the hotel easy. Parking is free from 19h-9h, otherwise green parking zone. The old town is close with approximately 4-6km distance and good to reach by car. The breakfast is good and also the restaurant is ok for dinner. Food is... More

Very good hotel and 5 eur away on an Uber to the old city. The hotel has an indoor swimming floor on the 9th floor. It is very close to a subway station. The breakfast is excellent. They dont have a terrace.

Location is good you can access the Zoo on foot and some attractions are within easy walking distance, for the rest of Lisbon the yellow tourist bus stops over the other side of the street. I would recommend buying the 3 day pass from reception which allows you hop on, hop off access to the bus, tram, lift and boat.... More

We booked a reservation paying extra to ensure we could have early check in to sleep off the jet lag from our long flight. Hotel staff checked us in and to our surprise we also ended up in a suite on the top floor. The room was beautiful, extremely spacious, clean and had a gorgeous view. Pool on roof was... More

Hotel mercure is a good hotel. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Food is good and the service is good - they do not charge for water which is relatively unique in Portugal. The hotel is not really in the center (although not far) but it is very easy to access with a car or taxi avoiding the heavy traffic... More

Used the hotel for 3 days for conference and rooms, the hotel staff were very attentive and polite, and the food was an excellent each day with a selection of both hot and cold in a buffet style. Rooms were clean and tidy and well made each day, and good access to the city. Good hotel for business.

I was here with a group of 20 people in september 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They help us with everything we want. The hotel is a bit far from city center, but the bus and the metro is nearby and very easy to use. Also taxi is easy and cheap. We pay around 5 euro to... More
