We have stayed in this beautiful hotel for two nights at the end of August. Very polite staff and welcome glass of sparkling wine. Checkin and checkout process is fast. Excellent room (top floor). Lovely garden and small swimming pool. The place is quiet and is located close to city center.

We stayed two nights in the suite with our family (2 kids 4 and 10 years old). The staff is amazing, the hotel is very clean and very elegant. A lot of time and energy is put in details. We absolutely loved it! Thank you all so much for making our stay so wonderful

When we arrived at 10:00 a.m. our room was ready in this charming European hotel. If you are looking for a Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton type of environment, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are looking for a courteous and customer pleasing staff at a very affordable cost, this is a great place to stay. Charming...

A nice, quiet boutique hotel with character. Very good and nicely served breakfast, clean rooms and good enough location. Only criticism is that they are under-staffed. One person at reception, serving breakfast and tending people at the pool. Otherwise, a very good and nice looking hotel.

We stayed at Palácio Ramalhete with family and friends, 13 in total. The location is great for exploring Lisbon and the hotel's common areas are stunning and very welcoming and comfortable. The palace was the setting for Eça de Queiroz's "Os Maias" and therefore strikes a special cord for anyone who read the novel, and its charming rooms will not...

This is a beautiful property! A tranquil palacio with gorgeous features. The pool is an added bonus and a fantastic space, especially given you're in town. There were always guests lounging by the pool but not too busy - this is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. kids are allowed here which is fine - there was one occasion (unfortunately...

Dear guest, Thank you so much for your reply, it meant so much to us knowing you enjoyed staying with us.. We were so sorry to hear about the episode by the pool. Unfortunately, the reception wasn't informe about it. We have pool rules, which are placed just by the pool so everyone can read it. If reception would have...

My husband and I stayed here post our cruise. We have always stayed in the big hotel chains with gyms, restaurants,etc..this was our first boutique hotel. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We booked one of the new rooms above the pool, which are modern in decor, which was fine. The walls were blank - so they might want...

Beautiful communal areas and great service from the friendly and helpful staff, but the bedroom and bath room were way below standard. The bathroom had no heating, was tiny and very cold, had a wonky shower and was in desperate need of modernising-- a bit more hostel than 5 star hotel. There were no rugs on the floor and only...

Dear guest, Thank you for your review, that definitely helps us to identify areas for improvement. I was just confuse about the room you staied in, as room number 2 is not called "Os Maias". Therefore, I can not take action on some of your complaints. Regarding the heating, none of our bathrooms are heated. I am sorry that you...
