We were good taken hand on from the first beginning. We got a detail overveiw of the hotel, and the sorrundings.
We were renting 5 rooms, and they were located in the same store as we asked for.
The staff was very friendly.

Ana Santos welcomed us warmly. She took a lot of time and effort to ensure we had all the information we needed.

It takes about 30 to 40 minutes from the airport using the metro. This is very easy - simply buy ticket and take the red line all the way to the end at St Sebastio, then change for one stop to Parque station, The hotel is then 3 minutes walk away.
Costs about 1.5 euro I think. Perfect if you have hand luggage.
