Entry is through a ground floor that is occupied by 2 medical clinics. Sick people sit in the hallway waiting for entry to the clinic. My room on the 3rd floor was tiny. The lock to the hotel parts on the 3rd floor was broken in the open position so anyone from the street could walk the halls of the...

The place is definitely not a luxury property but who cares? It is clean. The location is convenient. It offers a good bed and a good shower. The staff was attentive and did not hesitate to help us. Recommended!

This is a relatively small hotel occupying just one floor in a commercial building, shared with medical clinics and other businesses. The accomodations are fair, but rooms (at least the one I got) are small. Good for singles. Couples may step on each other's toes (ok, I might be exagerating). It's clean and the bed is comfortable. The optional breakfast...

Hotel is in walking distance to a lot in Lisbon, service is good, price is good, okay breakfast., helpful personnel. The room is nice, but do not expect a large room. Rooms have air-condition and is cleaned everyday. There are filled up with free coffee everyday. Rooms have a small to with many channels.

PRO -The hotel wasn't hard to find when arriving on the metro but must go to second floor the first two floors were that of a medical center. CON- hotel rooms are beyond small ! You are almost climbing on the toilet to get in and out of the shower with how the glass door opens and the small quarters....

Location was good but beds were terrible and they tried to double charge our room. On the day we were leaving and we had our taxi waiting for us and when they found out it was their mistake they still did not apologize . We ended up paying double for our taxi than we should have. I will never stay...

We had read TripAdvisor reviews in advance about smells of sewage, noise and uncomfortable beds, and considered cancelling our reservation at Dom Sancho. However, when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a room on the 5th floor, equipped with VERY comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning and accommodating staff - with no sewage smells. We had no problem...

The Hotel itself was very average, tiny rooms, bathrooms was ok, although the shower was a little tricky, but the location tops everything else for me. If you are looking for something Luxurious, go elsewhere, but I was visiting many places and made Lisbon our sleeping point and this worked out perfectly.

This hotel was in a good location near a metro but was not worth it. The beds were the worst I have ever slept in and the bathroom always smelled of sewage. At the end of our stay they tried to double charge our room. The front desk workers were not helpful and could not even tell us where a...

I swear the bed was just springs and foam. Very annoying to sleep on. I normally can sleep anywhere. The bathroom smelled of sewage even though the fan was on all the time. The room always was dark. When we went to check out, we were delayed a half hour. They insisted we didn't pay the bill, but we had...
