My favorite hotel ive ever been in! Was very clean, quiet, the location was great, and the staff were very helpful in pointing me to good places visit and eat. The room maintenance was amazing, everyday it was refilled with water bottles, soda, and other beverages for free which is very advantageous as the hotel is in a touristy area where local shops charge tourist prices on things like soda and water and it also gets really hot so i really loved this. The shower was very cool too with changing colors and the blinds were very high tech ive never seen anything like this before! This was my first ever solo trip and this place was in the perfect location very close to the water and other social areas. It was also very safe and past a certain time in the night the staff would not let you in if you didn't have a keycard, ensuring the safety of all guests. Would 10/10 recommend for solo travelers or anyone else, i would 100% go back if i visit lisbon again.

The breakfast is excellent and delicious! The staff Libmi and Olga were very attentive, the kitchen staff always preparing the food with a lot of hygiene and attention! Fabulous gem in the middle of the Baixa neighborhood, steps away from the Santa Justa Elevator. If you take a taxi from the airport, know that you will be dropped off a block away because they can’t drive on the street near the hotel. The rooms are spotless, large, and they provide toiletries, a robe & slippers for use during your stay. They also arrived nightly with different treats – chocolates, sparkling wine, and the mini bar was always stocked and complimentary. We didn’t eat breakfast, but we got complimentary coffee every morning and there were take-away cups. I’m very noise adverse and while we were on the first floor facing the street, I didn’t notice any noise at night. Train station was very close as are tons of restaurants. The staff was the best part of the hotel, friendly and helpful. On our last day, one of the front desk staff walked with us to the square in the rain to help us negotiate a taxi back to the airport. When we go back to Lisbon, we will be staying here again.

Small hotel, nice front desk team. Breakfast service expensive for the quality. Room area adécuate. Room imposible to relax due the inadequate room sound protection from the floor hall people conversations. Perfect stay. I used to travel abroad for business and stayed in those big chain hotels. This banquet hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.
1. I could give their services an extra star if it’s possible. They have hired the most sincere and service-oriented employees in the industry. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone (yes everyone) are eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You can text them for requests anytime and they usually respond with 30 minutes if not less. When we arrived on Monday, they gave us a free upgrade with a bigger room equipped with a full size sofa bed for our daughter. Later, my daughter told me the sofa bed is too soft for her since she has some back issues. They moved an extra twin bed to our room within 20 minutes. Even the cafeteria was super busy in the morning, they managed to reheat some food that we ordered from a outside restaurant. When the food came back to us, everything were wrapped well in a plate and they also provided a set of silverware without been asked. On the last day, my daughter had some stomach issues and I asked to check out at 12 to give her more time to pack, the nice lady at the front desk ( sorry I did not remembered her name, she has shoulder long hairs and always have a big smile on her face) immediately responded that it won’t be a problem. When I checked out, she said wished her ( means my daughter) feel better soon.
The room is super clean and modern with some functionality that are not common in chain hotels. For examples, they have installed a U.S. power outlet on the wall. The bathroom is small, but with 4 wall hangers, robes and slippers, plenty of towels, rain shower with good water pressure, it worked perfectly.
As others have mentioned, they offer free minibar with a good variety of drinks, from regular and bubbling water, to juice, beers and cokes. And the housekeeper will refill it every day. When we arrived, they gave us a small bottle of wine, egg tarts and chocolates as welcome gifts, then a thank you note with a small box of chocolates as the farewell gift. They have provided some good recommendations on where to visit, where to eat, where to buy train tickets. The breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties which reminded me some of the 4 or 5 stars hotels in Asia.
Their location could not be better if you like old town. Many shops and restaurants just steps away, almost all the attractions in old town are working distances.
Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Lisbon in the future.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Santa Justa and it is still a great place to stay. The location is fantastic - very central and walking distance to so many parts of the city. Our bedroom was very well equipped and completely sound proofed - no noise from outside at all. Lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing and changes slightly every day. There is so much choice. The staff on the main desk are very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Lisbon and would recommend it to others.

Great boutique hotel in heart of Lisbon. It's newly renovated with all the comforts needed. Large bathroom, minibar in room which can be used at no charge and restocked daily, tea available in the afternoon. On site restaurant was excellent and has music tuesdays and thurdays. Location is a block from Praca da Figueira with walking distance to most sites. - Note some of the streets in downtown Lisbon, including this one, are closed to vehicle traffic from 10am to 10pm so if you are taking transportation there during the mid day, you will be let off a couple of blocks away.

in the same street as the Santa Justa Lisboa hotel, Rua Da Prata we used armacia Normal. I think €25 each we paid. Walk in, book an appointment for later that day or the following day, results by email within an hour.
