Good place to stay with qualified and friendly staff. Clean rooms and installations. The only negative points were the pillows and the construction works going on in the basement at the time of my stay, which turned the breakfast a very unpleasant experience. The noise turned any communication in the restaurant impossible.
Location pretty good, servise ok, polite staff but the food was not good or healthy enough.... The room was comfortable but cold !!! So as it was winter I was forced to ask them to change it and so they did!!! Not all of the guests had the same treatment, though. The gym was very good , the spa as well.
THis is a very nice hotel located about 200 meters from the praca de espanha subway stop on the blue line, so it is only 4-5 stops away from downtown. This means that the hotel is not in the noisy city center, although it is on the flight path to the airport and there was some minimal plane noise audible in my room. The room was very clean, and I thought a bit larger than usual in Europe, likely due to the hotel's location outside the city center. The gym had treadmills, rower, bike, and a crosstrainer, as well as weights and a large area for stretching. it was also very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and in particular the staff there were very nice. There isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but there was a busy Brazilian steak house and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.…
This is a very comfortable, mid-sized hotel in a rather out-of-the way neighborhood. The room I had was fine, although like others I found the bathtub awkward and shower half-door not useful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a huge range of breads and pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, etc. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening and found it uninspired and actually pretty awful. They also had the nerve to charge 4.5 euro for bread and tried to charge me for a water I did not have. The food in the bar was better. It is located near the Gulbenkian museum and a big shopping mall but not much else. Fortunately, the Metro is an easy walk. I found the staff to be cheerful and generally helpful.
This hotel has excellent service by the front desk. The restaurant was good and there was some bar food too, seemed a little expensive to me, but maybe that is standard in Lisbon. Rooms were very well sized, large bathroom too and clean. Excellent bed and pillows. I would stay there again. It's about 10 minutes to the airport during slow traffic, but the roads there can be very hectic during day time hours.
"The rooms of the last floors are better but there is noise of the planes. Don't forget to Check the heat!!!"Read full review
