Truly the best hostel in Lisbon; the staff are magnificent and the facilities are superb. The meals are very tasty and the wine that is supplied is also of a good standard. Very comfortable beds and the showers are also very nice especially the shower at the reception area. There are quite a few steps to climb to get to the reception area; however the staff will assist you with your luggage.

I needed some time to adjust since it’s been 9 years since I’ve stayed in a hostel. Arrived on Friday evening and after 2 sleepless nights, because the street noise, the heat and roommates coming in and out, I wanted to go and stay in a hotel. Just because I made the wrong decision booking a hostel 4-dorm being a 35 year old. But Marco and Iago actually did everything to make my stay comfortable. Changed my room a few floors up, gave me earplugs, moved my luggage while I was out and even left a friendly note on my pillow. You’re not paying for a hotel so don’t expect a hotel. You are sharing a shower and a room. But the sheets are clean, the entire hostel (incl bathrooms) is clean. However the service, greetings, tips and tricks are probably even better then most hotels. The only thing I actually see as a minus is a fact that there’s no outside chill area, except these ‘French balconies’ The activity agenda mentioned a rooftopbar drink night so that made me think there was a rooftop or terras. But they go to another rooftop on that evening which means the hostel doesn’t have anywhere to chill outside. The breakfast at the Frutaria is also amazing, so are all the other dishes from the menu. Especially try the beetroot pancakes. For me it wil be a private room or Airbnb next time, but that’s just me. Definitely choose this hostel if you’re looking for a hostel, it’s amazing. And Lisbon is amazing 😍

So I went to this hostel unexpectedly, and from the minute I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The hostel has an amazing atmosphere, chilled by day and also they arrange pub crawls in the evenings for those who want to go out. To be honest, what makes the place so amazing is the staff. They were all so friendly and funny, you couldn’t not love them! I have been to so many hostels but this one really has been my favourite. The night receptionist Caue was also so lovely. Every time I came in at early hours of the mornings he was offering me tea or water and was just there for a wholehearted chat, he is the perfect night porter as he is respectful but also good fun!

I have stayed at this hostel previously and as I was passing by Lisbon again I have decided to stay for one night. Just WOW!!! It was an incredible stay, Anabel and Iago were very lovely, helpful and genuine. No fake rubbish. This hostel genuinely cares about you, they genuinely care about your stay and they care about your experience in Lisbon etc. No many hostels are this honestly genuine. I did a day trip to Sintra-Cabo da Roca and Cascais too. Our guide and driver was Luigi, he was very lovely and full of knowledge. If you visit it make sure you go and get some food and a fresh juice in their cafe downstairs. You'll be amazed of the fresh juices menu. I recommend it 1005 and I will definitely stay again.

I loved this place! Central, clean and very modern. The staff was so helpful, from assisting in ordering an Uber to let everybody feel at ease and talk one to the other (Iago and Anabel, muito obrigada!!). You can have beers and sangria and it at the end of the stay. I had planned to stay in Lisbon sleep one night in this hostel just before my flight ...but I ended up having sucu a nice evening with very interesting and cool people that I am looking forward to coming back ASAP with my friends! Lisbon is beautiful and hostels like this one make you feel at home! P.S. Pictures from the balcony upstairs and from the reception floor.
