No one can doubt that this area is spectacular. The lagoon and the beaches are amazing and there are a range of watersports and activities such as walks and bikes which makes it a truly 'pure' family outdoor experience away from the computers and phones, iPads and playstations! I will be making my third trip to this area in 2010. The area is unspoilt and feels like the real Portugal.
