The Pousada Castelo de Palmela is located in the historic centre of the city of Palmela, 42 km from Lisbon. Magical convent-castle complex

Excellent pousada. Great position and views. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Tea and coffee making facilities in room, as in other pousadas, would be welcome. Highly recommended.

I'm curious as to how windy it gets in the courtyard area, especially in the evening time..?

I've been tp Palmela all my life from child hood to the present. I'm from Lisbon, the wind depends on the season. The summer has the least amount of wind even on the hill were the hotel is located, Spring and fall is the worse time ,even then it is not Very windy.

Can you walk into Lisbon from the hotel. Do you provide transport from hotel.
