We had a very enjoyable stay in this boutique hotel which is conveniently located in central Setubal. It is beautifully designed, maintaining the character of the original interiors with very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The team are friendly and helpful and made us very welcome.

Really quaint small hotel in Setubal. We stayed in the Madeira room. So cute! The staff was fantastic and helped us immensely. Very attentive. Great location as it's near the water and the main Boulevard. It's a short distance from the train station as well. We were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. The decor, cleanliness and facilities were outstanding. We were greeted upon our arrival with a smile and courtesy, given lots of useful information and a welcome drink. We slept well in the comfy bed and when it was time to leave we given a friendly goodbye. The owners and staff are lovely. Great location, just a short walk through lovely old streets to the harbour and some very decent fish restaurants. We recommend this hoteland we would love to return.

Really enjoyed our stay here, and is centrally located. Has a nice boutique hotel vibe, with nice artwork, fittings and features with a lovely outdoor area and breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating and room was extremely comfortable.

The the of the accommodation is amazing. We stayed in the Viana do Castelo room and the decor was magnificent. The cleanliness was excellent and we were received in a very warm way, in addition to making us one hundred percent at ease. I highly recommend!

Lovely period building and the interior design is fantastic , We stayed in the Madeira room (one of the smaller rooms) it was beautifully decorated room with comfortable beds and the owners have paid real attention to detail . i had a quick peak in the other room while the cleaners were cleaning and they were all stunning. The Hotel is centrally located and is in easy walk of beaches, town centre and lots of restaurants . The owners and staff were helpfully and friendly . I simply love this hotel

What a great place to stay! Beautiful rooms, all different, all designed with so much detail. We enjoyed our stay very much! We stayed in the Porto room and the kids downstairs in the wow room. The airconditioning works well, the beds are good and everything is nice and clean. There are many restaurants in the area. There is a great Italian restaurant next door! The nature reserve is beautiful, Comporta (take the ferry) is fun and so are the many beaches in the area. The town of Setubal is lovely with a beautiful old centre. We loved our stay. Thanks Sara for taking such good care of us!

Location is wonderful. An old building completely restored with ability and clad maintained the hot Portuguese style. Nothing is missing , the rooms are spacious and super clean. The strong point are the two owners Carla and Sara , two sweet person with a high sense of hospitality. Perfect stay for all my friends team . I will come again there to continue to discover the Portuguese tradition. Alfonso

The perfect oasis in a beautiful part of the world. I was there with my brother working in Setubal. We could not be made more welcome and the room facilities and breakfast could only be described as First Class. Each room was unique and utter class. We are definitely going back.

We were visiting our daughter who now lives in Setubal and she recommended this guest house. So glad we stayed here. It is a great location - easy walking distance to Setubal's major square and not far from the river. The staff and owner are lovely. They made us feel at home. The breakfasts are bountiful and served in a beautiful outdoor patio. When we return to Setubal we will definitely stay here again!
