Sintra Bliss Hotel (February 11-13) R. Dr. Alfredo da Costa 15, 2710-524 Sintra, Portugal (check in 2 pm, check out 12 pm) Location: We stayed two nights in this hotel. The location is excellent for walking to both the Sintra train station and old town square. Breakfast: good variety, they packed a breakfast for us since we were leaving early to catch the train to Oriente. Coffee machine and pastries available in lower level. Room: This is a beautiful property. Clean modern room, TV and refrigerator. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and relaxed check in. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Very modern. Nice bathroom with all amendities. Two-headed shower. Excellent WiFi. Best breakfast in Portugal! Delicious sweets , pancakes, fruit. All you can desire. All this at an affordable price. Highy recommended! Free parking at walking distance, ca 10 min.

We were booked to stay here two nights but left after one. The location is good and walkable to the train and downtown and area and some attractions. My main issue was we had a room on the main floor and the reception desk is right outside these 5 rooms on this floor, I mean right outside. The night desk person was watching news or listening to something and it woke me up at 230 am and I could not get back to sleep. The room was clean and adequate and the breakfast was ok, the employees we encountered were were friendly and prepared to help, even made up a gluten free breakfast for my daughter. This very unique town has some very unique lodging options with ambiance, this is not one of them.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The location is excellent for walking to both train station and old town. Our room was quiet. Free parking is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel, but you can always find a space for load and unload the luggage. Coffee served in the hotel is top notch. WIFI and AC all worked well. If we ever go back to Sintra, we will stay here.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and our room was on the second floor and was very spacious. The bed very comfortable and bathroom quite large. Not fabulous lighting in room but not a real issue. The breakfast was just great with a good selection of foods. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel

We didn't book our room with breakfast, but when we saw what they had, we asked to add it. It was delicious and lots of choices. I think it was around 7 euros extra, but I can't remember for sure. They were so helpful and nice at the Bliss House.
This question was answered by the hotel 11 months ago on this website; translated it says 'To park the car in Sintra Bliss House , in front of our facilities you can park but is paid from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm .
About 250 meters from us , next to the train station , a car park which is free.
In case of any more questions, do not hesitate to contact us'.

It's very straightforward by public transport. Take the Metro from the airport to Oriente station (all trains go there from the airport). The train station is upstairs from the Metro station. You can get a direct train to Sintra from Oriente - takes just under an hour. The guest house is very close to the station - just ask for directions.
